Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. Prior to 1.0.8.5, app/controller/user/profile.php accepts the user[bio] field and passes stored content through sanitizeHTML() in system/functions.php, whose on* event-handler regular expression omits the forward-slash delimiter and whose do-while condition compares the string to itself, so forbidden nested tags are removed only once. An Author-role or higher user can submit solidus-prefixed event-handler markup or nested forbidden tags that survive sanitization. The stored bio is rendered without sufficient output encoding on /author/{username}, in the admin user-management view, and potentially in comment displays, causing attacker-controlled JavaScript to execute when unauthenticated visitors, administrators, or other users view the content. This can expose browser-session data and permit victim-context account actions, defacement, or phishing. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.8.5.

PoDoFo is a C++17 PDF manipulation library. From version 1.0.0 until 1.1.1, processing a crafted PDF with an Indexed color-space image can cause a heap out-of-bounds read in PdfColorSpaceFilterIndexed::FetchScanLine in src/podofo/main/PdfColorSpaceFilter.cpp. PODOFO_INVARIANT does not perform a runtime check, so a pixel index greater than or equal to m_MapSize can address beyond m_lookup. PdfColorSpaceFilterFactory::TryCreateFromObject also validates hival with an incorrect conjunction and no upper bound, allowing malformed Indexed color-space metadata outside the expected range. The resulting read can disclose adjacent heap data or crash the processing application. This issue is fixed in version 1.1.1.

OpenImageIO is a toolset for reading, writing, and manipulating image files of any image file format relevant to VFX / animation. Prior to versions 3.0.16.0 and 3.1.11.0, processing a crafted BMP file through oiiotool or an application linked to OpenImageIO can reach BMP palette handling in src/bmp.imageio/bmpinput.cpp with an empty color table. BmpInput::read_native_scanline then performs an invalid palette read while decoding an RLE-compressed scanline, causing a process crash and denial of service. This issue is fixed in versions 3.0.16.0 and 3.1.11.0.

FatPipe MPVPN, WARP, and IPVPN appliances running the end-of-life firmware version 10.1.2r60p100 contain a stack-based buffer overflow in /usr/sbin/auth_user_pass. An unauthenticated remote attacker with access to the affected management interface can submit a crafted authentication request that reaches an unchecked copy into a fixed-size stack buffer, potentially allowing arbitrary code execution as root. The affected management interface is disabled by default and must be affirmatively enabled by the customer before the endpoint becomes reachable. FatPipe recommends restricting management access to trusted administrative networks and using WAN access control lists to limit access to trusted sources. Imager versions from 0.45_02 before 1.035 for Perl read outside the EXIF block via unchecked start offsets in tiff_load_ifd. tiff_load_ifd() validates an IFD entry's data by checking that `entry->offset + entry->size` stays within the EXIF block, and never checks the start offset itself. Where that sum is not the real end of the data, the check passes with the entry starting outside the block. Through 1.032 `entry->offset` is a plain int, so on the usual two's-complement implementations an offset with the high bit set converts to negative and the sum can land back inside the block. From 1.033 the field is a size_t and the addition wraps only where size_t is 32 bits. The IFD's own start offset is checked the same way and wraps where unsigned long is 32 bits, which includes 64-bit Windows. Any caller of Imager->read() on an attacker-supplied image may receive EXIF tags holding bytes from outside the block, or crash the process.

Pomerium is an identity and context-aware access proxy. Prior to 0.32.8, decodeQueryStringV2 in pkg/hpke/url.go performs zstd decompression of attacker-controlled data without an output-memory limit when DecryptURLValues processes HPKE V2 values for Stateless.Callback in internal/authenticateflow/stateless.go. In hosted or stateless authentication deployments, an unauthenticated attacker can obtain the receiver key from /.well-known/pomerium/hpke-public-key, provide a matching attacker-controlled sender key, and send a compressed payload to /.pomerium/callback that expands before validateSenderPublicKey rejects the sender. This can allocate hundreds of megabytes per request, exhaust proxy memory, crash or degrade the process, and block access to applications protected by the deployment. Stateful deployments are not affected because the stateful callback verifies its HMAC signature before decryption and decompression. This issue is fixed in version 0.32.8.

vm2 3.11.3 through 3.11.6 exposes the host Node.js crypto module to a NodeVM sandbox when the crypto builtin is allowed. The module is presented via a recursive read-only proxy, but its callable exports still execute with host-process authority. Sandboxed JavaScript can therefore call crypto.setEngine() with a filesystem path to an attacker-supplied native library (for example, one bundled in an untrusted plugin package already written to disk); OpenSSL asks the operating-system dynamic loader to load the file, and the library's constructor executes native code in the host process before engine-symbol validation rejects it. Exploitation requires only the crypto builtin and does not require fs, process, module, child_process, worker_threads, vm, or inspector access, resulting in a sandbox escape and arbitrary native code execution. Fixed in 3.11.7.

Caddy is an extensible server platform that uses TLS by default. In version 2.11.3 and earlier, three configuration-dependent weaknesses affect the handler and placeholder layer. In modules/caddyhttp/rewrite/rewrite.go, Rewrite.Rewrite() can pass attacker-controlled replacement bytes through buildQueryString for a second placeholder expansion when a rewrite URI ends with a literal question mark, allowing injected environment or request-variable placeholders to disclose data and, when the file provider is registered, allowing injected file placeholders to disclose readable files. The issue is fixed in version 2.11.4.

OpenTelemetry-Go is the Go implementation of OpenTelemetry. From version 1.10.0 until 1.33.0, the sdk/trace/span.go attribute truncation path can fail to enforce AttributeValueLengthLimit for string and string-slice attributes containing the valid Unicode replacement character U+FFFD. safeTruncateValidUTF8 treats the valid replacement rune as invalid UTF-8 and returns the original input, while strings.ToValidUTF8 leaves that valid rune unchanged, so a second safeTruncate attempt can also return the oversized value. An attacker who controls span attribute content can retain values longer than the configured limit, increasing per-span memory use and weakening denial-of-service protection in the instrumented process. This issue is fixed in version 1.33.0.
