| CVE-2026-54178 | 1 Laravel-backpack | 1 Crud | 2026-09-16 | 8.1 High |
| backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. Prior to 6.8.12 and 7.0.35, HasUploadFields::uploadMultipleFilesToDisk in src/app/Models/Traits/HasUploadFields.php trusts disk-relative paths from clear_<attribute>[] and passes them to Storage::disk()->delete without confirming that the paths are persisted on the current model record. An authenticated user with Update access to a CRUD using this mutator through src/app/Models/Traits/CrudTrait.php can delete another record's attachment, a shared asset, or another operational file on the configured disk by submitting its path. The newer MultipleFiles uploader is not affected because it intersects requested deletions with the record's persisted file list. This flaw does not permit reading the deleted files. The 5.x line remains affected through its final releases. This issue is fixed in versions 6.8.12 and 7.0.35. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54177 | 1 Laravel-backpack | 1 Crud | 2026-09-16 | 6.6 Medium |
| backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. From 6.0.0 until 6.8.14 and 7.0.38, HasUploadFields methods uploadFileToDisk and uploadMultipleFilesToDisk, used through CrudTrait, and the withFiles() path through FileNameGenerator do not internally reject server-executable file types. An authenticated administrator can achieve remote code execution by using an upload-enabled CRUD field without mimes: and mimetypes: validation when the public disk is web-accessible through php artisan storage:link and the web-server and PHP-FPM configuration executes the stored extension. The legacy path preserves an accepted extension and the newer path derives an extension without blocking dangerous types. The package-level restriction is defense in depth and does not replace application-level upload validation. This issue is fixed in versions 6.8.14 and 7.0.38. | ||||
| CVE-2026-57570 | 1 Laravel-backpack | 1 Crud | 2026-09-15 | 6.5 Medium |
| backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. From 6.0.0 until 6.8.15 and 7.0.47, HasMany and MorphMany handling through attachManyRelation during CRUD create and update operations accepts submitted child primary keys without consistently restricting updates to records belonging to the current parent or permitted by the developer-defined relation scope. An authenticated low-privilege administrator who can edit a parent form exposing an affected multiple-relation field can cause unrelated child records to be reassigned, detached, nulled, or deleted across ownership or tenant boundaries. Exploitation requires related records that should not be attachable or removable by that administrator and the absence of additional application-level authorization around submitted relation values. This issue is distinct from earlier direct main-entity CRUD scoping fixes because it affects secondary models modified by relationship-saving logic. This issue is fixed in versions 6.8.15 and 7.0.47. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54176 | 1 Laravel-backpack | 1 Crud | 2026-09-15 | 6.5 Medium |
| backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. From 6.0.0 until 6.8.14 and 7.0.38, MyAccountController::postAccountInfoForm at POST /admin/edit-account-info permits AccountInfoRequest to update backpack_authentication_column(), which is email by default, without requiring current_password or otherwise verifying the account's existing password. An attacker with a temporary authenticated Backpack session can change the account-recovery email and later use the password-reset flow after the original session expires, converting session compromise into persistent account takeover. The same mechanism permits an insider to set a personal recovery address before access is revoked. The separate password-change endpoint is not affected because it verifies old_password. This issue is fixed in versions 6.8.14 and 7.0.38. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54175 | 1 Laravel-backpack | 1 Crud | 2026-09-15 | 7.6 High |
| backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. Prior to 6.8.11 and 7.0.34, MyAccountController::postAccountInfoForm in src/app/Http/Controllers/MyAccountController.php at POST /admin/edit-account-info passes request data from $request->except(['_token']) to the user model instead of restricting updates to fields accepted by AccountInfoRequest::validationData(). An attacker with an authenticated Backpack session can therefore mass-assign password, the authentication column, or other deployment-specific fillable attributes. With the default Laravel 11 user model, a submitted plaintext password is automatically hashed and persisted, converting temporary session access into persistent account takeover without the old_password check enforced by the separate password-change route. Changing the authentication email can also enable later password-reset takeover, while additional fillable security attributes can permit deployment-specific privilege escalation or security-control changes. This issue is fixed in versions 6.8.11 and 7.0.34. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54182 | 1 Laravel-backpack | 1 Crud | 2026-09-15 | 8.1 High |
| backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. Prior to 4.1.70, 5.6.2, 6.8.13, and 7.0.36, Backpack\CRUD\Stats::makeCurlRequest in src/Stats.php is reached from BackpackServiceProvider::boot() and constructs a shell command with a URL influenced by the HTTP Host header, which it passes to exec() without adequate shell neutralization. An unauthenticated attacker whose malformed Host value reaches PHP can inject operating-system commands when exec() and curl are available and the 1-in-100 random gate is reached. Repeated requests can reach the random gate. Successful exploitation executes commands as the web-server user, exposing environment secrets, files, and reachable services and permitting data modification or service disruption. Common reverse-proxy Host validation and hardened PHP configurations that disable exec() reduce reachability but do not correct the vulnerable construction. This issue is fixed in versions 4.1.70, 5.6.2, 6.8.13, and 7.0.36. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54180 | 1 Laravel-backpack | 1 Crud | 2026-09-15 | 7.6 High |
| backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. From 6.0.0 until 6.8.14 and 7.0.38, the Update, Delete, and Reorder operations resolve records from the unscoped model query instead of the query configured through addClause() or addBaseClause(). An authenticated user who knows or guesses an out-of-scope record primary key can therefore modify, delete, or reorder records hidden by tenant, ownership, or other row-level access-control scopes. Applications that do not rely on CRUD query clauses for authorization are not affected by this specific bypass. The fix routes all three write operations through getModelWithCrudPanelQuery(), matching the scoped list and read behavior. This issue is fixed in versions 6.8.14 and 7.0.38. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54181 | 1 Laravel-backpack | 1 Crud | 2026-09-15 | 5.4 Medium |
| backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. From 6.0.0 until 6.8.14 and 7.0.38, src/resources/views/crud/columns/color.blade.php inverts the escaped and raw rendering branches controlled by $column['escaped'], which defaults to true, causing $column['text'] to be rendered unescaped by default. An attacker who can store an unsanitized value in a color column can execute script in the browser of a user who views the CRUD list, including an administrator, with access to the victim's session-backed application capabilities. Exploitation requires write access to the stored color value and a victim viewing the list. This issue is fixed in versions 6.8.14 and 7.0.38. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54179 | 1 Laravel-backpack | 1 Crud | 2026-09-01 | 4.4 Medium |
| backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. From 6.0.0 until 6.8.14 and 7.0.37, the src/app/Library/Uploaders/SingleBase64Image.php methods SingleBase64Image::uploadFiles and SingleBase64Image::uploadRepeatableFiles, used by image fields through withFiles(), accept any data URI beginning with data:image without validating the declared MIME subtype or decoded bytes, while src/app/Library/Uploaders/Support/FileNameGenerator.php method FileNameGenerator::getExtensionFromFile applies mime_content_type() to the data URI instead of the decoded content. An authenticated administrator can therefore store arbitrary file content under an extensionless filename on the configured disk, which can cause stored cross-site scripting or other unintended behavior when the file is served and accessed. This issue is fixed in version 7.0.38 and 6.8.14. | ||||
| CVE-2022-31114 | 1 Laravel-backpack | 1 Crud | 2026-06-05 | N/A |
| backpack/crud provides Create, Read, Update & Delete (CRUD) functions for Backpack, a collection of Laravel packages that help users build custom administration panels. Versions prior to 5.0.13, 4.1.69, and 4.0.63 are vulnerable to cross-site scripting. An attacker could conduct a targeted phishing campaign, in order to trick users or admins into clicking a malicious link, which under very specific circumstances could give them information or possibly admin access. Versions 5.0.13, 4.1.69, and 4.0.63 patch the issue. As a workaround, manually look inside error views in `resources/views/errors` and output `e($exception->getMessage())` instead of `$exception->getMessage()`. | ||||
| CVE-2024-52306 | 2 Backpackforlaravel, Laravel-backpack | 2 Filemanager, File Manager | 2024-11-19 | 7.7 High |
| FileManager provides a Backpack admin interface for files and folder. Prior to 3.0.9, deserialization of untrusted data from the mimes parameter could lead to remote code execution. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.0.9. | ||||
