CVE-2023-54108 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: qla2xxx: Fix DMA-API call trace on NVMe LS requests The following message and call trace was seen with debug kernels: DMA-API: qla2xxx 0000:41:00.0: device driver failed to check map error [device address=0x00000002a3ff38d8] [size=1024 bytes] [mapped as single] WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 2930 at kernel/dma/debug.c:1017 check_unmap+0xf42/0x1990 Call Trace: debug_dma_unmap_page+0xc9/0x100 qla_nvme_ls_unmap+0x141/0x210 [qla2xxx] Remove DMA mapping from the driver altogether, as it is already done by FC layer. This prevents the warning.
CVE-2022-50699 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium

It was found that within a critical section of spin_lock_irqsave in sidtab_context_to_sid(), convert_context() (hooked by sidtab_convert_params.func) might cause the process to sleep via allocating memory with GFP_KERNEL, which is problematic. As Ondrej pointed out [1], convert_context()/sidtab_convert_params.func has another caller sidtab_convert_tree(), which is okay with GFP_KERNEL. Therefore, fix this problem by adding a gfp_t argument for convert_context()/sidtab_convert_params.func and pass GFP_KERNEL/_ATOMIC properly in individual callers. CVE-2025-40031 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tee: fix register_shm_helper() In register_shm_helper(), fix incorrect error handling for a call to iov_iter_extract_pages(). A case is missing for when iov_iter_extract_pages() only got some pages and return a number larger than 0, but not the requested amount. This fixes a possible NULL pointer dereference following a bad input from ioctl(TEE_IOC_SHM_REGISTER) where parts of the buffer isn't mapped.
CVE-2022-50698 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ASoC: da7219: Fix an error handling path in da7219_register_dai_clks() If clk_hw_register() fails, the corresponding clk should not be unregistered. To handle errors from loops, clean up partial iterations before doing the goto. So add a clk_hw_unregister(). Then use a while (--i >= 0) loop in the unwind section.
CVE-2023-54110 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: rndis_host: Secure rndis_query check against int overflow Variables off and len typed as uint32 in rndis_query function are controlled by incoming RNDIS response message thus their value may be manipulated. Setting off to a unexpectetly large value will cause the sum with len and 8 to overflow and pass the implemented validation step. Consequently the response pointer will be referring to a location past the expected buffer boundaries allowing information leakage e.g. via RNDIS_OID_802_3_PERMANENT_ADDRESS OID.

Add missing of_node_put() to avoid refcount leak.

If some bytes are copied, an error occurred, and jumped to out_error label, 'last_skb' is left unmodified. A later kcm_sendmsg() will use an obsoleted 'last_skb' reference, corrupting the 'head' frag_list and causing the leak. This patch fixes this issue by properly updating the last allocated skb in 'last_skb'.
CVE-2025-40097 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: hda: Fix missing pointer check in hda_component_manager_init function The __component_match_add function may assign the 'matchptr' pointer the value ERR_PTR(-ENOMEM), which will subsequently be dereferenced. The call stack leading to the error looks like this: hda_component_manager_init |-> component_match_add |-> component_match_add_release |-> __component_match_add ( ... ,**matchptr, ... ) |-> *matchptr = ERR_PTR(-ENOMEM); // assign |-> component_master_add_with_match( ... match) |-> component_match_realloc(match, match->num); // dereference Add IS_ERR() check to prevent the crash. Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.

CVE-2023-54133 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nfp: clean mc addresses in application firmware when closing port When moving devices from one namespace to another, mc addresses are cleaned in software while not removed from application firmware. Thus the mc addresses are remained and will cause resource leak. Now use `__dev_mc_unsync` to clean mc addresses when closing port.
CVE-2023-54150 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd: Fix an out of bounds error in BIOS parser The array is hardcoded to 8 in atomfirmware.h, but firmware provides a bigger one sometimes. Deferencing the larger array causes an out of bounds error. commit 4fc1ba4aa589 ("drm/amd/display: fix array index out of bound error in bios parser") fixed some of this, but there are two other cases not covered by it. Fix those as well.
CVE-2023-54152 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: can: j1939: prevent deadlock by moving j1939_sk_errqueue() This commit addresses a deadlock situation that can occur in certain scenarios, such as when running data TP/ETP transfer and subscribing to the error queue while receiving a net down event. The deadlock involves locks in the following order: 3 j1939_session_list_lock -> active_session_list_lock j1939_session_activate ... j1939_sk_queue_activate_next -> sk_session_queue_lock ... j1939_xtp_rx_eoma_one 2 j1939_sk_queue_drop_all -> sk_session_queue_lock ... j1939_sk_netdev_event_netdown -> j1939_socks_lock j1939_netdev_notify 1 j1939_sk_errqueue -> j1939_socks_lock __j1939_session_cancel -> active_session_list_lock j1939_tp_rxtimer CPU0 CPU1 ---- ---- lock(&priv->active_session_list_lock); lock(&jsk->sk_session_queue_lock); lock(&priv->active_session_list_lock); lock(&priv->j1939_socks_lock); The solution implemented in this commit is to move the j1939_sk_errqueue() call out of the active_session_list_lock context, thus preventing the deadlock situation.

But Jesper Dangaard Brouer <jbrouer@redhat.com> noted that after introducing the xdp_init_buff() which all XDP driver use - it's safe to remove this check. The original intend was to catch cases where XDP drivers have not been updated to use xdp.frame_sz, but that is not longer a concern (since xdp_init_buff). Running the initial syzkaller repro it was discovered that the contiguous physical memory allocation is used for both xdp paths in tun_get_user(), e.g. tun_build_skb() and tun_alloc_skb(). It was also stated by Jesper Dangaard Brouer <jbrouer@redhat.com> that XDP can work on higher order pages, as long as this is contiguous physical memory (e.g. a page).
