| CVE-2026-19547 | 2 Artifex, Artifex Software Inc. | 2 Ghostscript, Ghostscript | 2026-09-30 | 7.3 High |
| Ghostscript for Windows is vulnerable to local privilege escalation through PostScript resource file hijacking. Due to the application searching for PostScript resource files in predictable paths under C:\\gs\\ that do not exist by default on Windows installations, combined with Windows default ACLs allowing any authenticated user to create directories at the root of C:\\, an attacker who is an authenticated local user can create the expected directory structure and plant a malicious PostScript file. When any user or service subsequently runs Ghostscript, the planted file is automatically loaded and executed with the full privileges of the Ghostscript process. This results in full compromise of Ghostscript process context, as well as running arbitrary code on the machine with Ghostscript process privileges. This issue was fixed in version 10.08.0. | ||||

| CVE-2026-82804 | 1 Apache | 1 Dolphinscheduler | 2026-09-30 | 8.8 High |
| The scriptPath parameter is incorporated into a /bin/sh -c command without sufficient neutralization of shell metacharacters, allowing shell command substitution and execution. An authenticated user can exploit this behavior by creating a resource whose filename contains shell command substitution syntax, such as $(...), and subsequently supplying the resulting path to the Alert Script plugin's /test-send endpoint. When the alert script is executed, the shell interprets the injected command, resulting in arbitrary command execution with the privileges of the DolphinScheduler service process. This issue affects Apache DolphinScheduler: before 3.4.3. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.4.3, which fixes the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86035 | 1 Weblate | 1 Weblate | 2026-09-30 | 8.5 High |
| Weblate is a web-based continuous localization platform used to manage software translations. Weblate 4.11.1 through 2026.7.1 contains an argument-injection vulnerability in its Mercurial backend. Repository filenames beginning with - could be interpreted as Mercurial options instead of literal paths. An authenticated user with project-scoped component.edit permission could exploit this through a Mercurial-backed RESX component using the Update RESX files add-on. A later repository update could execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the Weblate service account. This is a residual incomplete fix for CVE-2022-23915. This issue has been patched in version 2026.8. | ||||
| CVE-2026-68911 | 1 Nicotine-plus | 1 Nicotine+ | 2026-09-30 | 7.5 High |
| Nicotine+ is a graphical client for the Soulseek peer-to-peer network. Prior to version 3.3.11, a modified remote client can send zlib-compressed peer messages containing a decompression bomb, exhausting available memory of the recipient's operating system. This issue has been patched in version 3.3.11. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102598 | 1 Palletsprojects | 1 Werkzeug | 2026-09-30 | 5.3 Medium |
| Werkzeug is a comprehensive WSGI web application library. Prior to 3.1.9, the safe_join function used by send_from_directory can allow a NUL: special-device path because safe_join checks the Windows device name without first removing an empty NTFS ADS marker. The trigger is that an application runs on Windows with NTFS and serves a user-specified path ending in a special device name such as NUL:. The attack mechanism is that a requested path ends in a Windows special device name with an empty ADS marker. The impact is that the special device opens successfully and the file read hangs indefinitely. This issue is fixed in version 3.1.9. | ||||
| CVE-2026-101112 | 1 Balbooa.com | 1 Balbooa.com Balbooa Forms Extension For Joomla | 2026-09-30 | N/A |
| Joomla Extension - balbooa.com - Unauthorized Deletion of Attachments in Balbooa Forms < 2.4.3.4 - The public removeTmpAttachment action accepts an integer attachment ID and deletes the matching database row and file. The controller verifies a Joomla session token, but the model does not bind that ID to the session that uploaded the file, the current user, the form, the upload field, or the temporary state. Any guest can obtain a token for their own session, so the token prevents CSRF but does not authorize the target object. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102830 | 1 Jupyter | 2 Jupyter Core, Jupyterlab | 2026-09-30 | 6.8 Medium |
| JupyterLab is an extensible environment for interactive and reproducible computing, based on the Jupyter Notebook Architecture. From JupyterLab 3.0.0 until 4.5.11 and 4.6.4, and in JupyterLite Core 0.8.3 and earlier, the Plural-Forms header in a selected third-party language pack can append JavaScript after a valid plural rule because prefix-only regular-expression validation accepts a matching prefix without requiring the entire header to match. JupyterLab passes the accepted expression to new Function, so loading the catalogue and translating a plural string executes the appended code in the authenticated JupyterLab origin. Where Jupyter Server kernels, terminals, and APIs are exposed, the code can use authenticated server APIs to read or modify files and run code. Impact is much more limited in JupyterLite because it typically lacks most exposed Jupyter Server surfaces. The default English locale is unaffected because it does not load a translation catalogue. This issue is fixed in JupyterLab 4.5.11 and 4.6.4 and JupyterLite Core 0.8.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102831 | 1 Jupyter | 3 Jupyter Core, Jupyterlab, Notebook | 2026-09-30 | 8.1 High |
| JupyterLab is an extensible environment for interactive and reproducible computing, based on the Jupyter Notebook Architecture. From JupyterLab 4.5.0 until 4.5.11 and 4.6.4, from Notebook 7.5.0 until 7.6.3, and from JupyterLite Core 0.7.0 until 0.8.4, the system clipboard cell-paste path accepts attacker-controlled cell JSON without clearing metadata.trusted. When useSystemClipboardForCells is active and pasteCodeCellsWithoutOutput is disabled, a pasted code cell can mark HTML output as trusted, bypass output sanitization, and execute script in the authenticated JupyterLab origin without executing the cell. Markdown and raw cells are not affected because their output is sanitized. This issue is fixed in JupyterLab 4.5.11 and 4.6.4, Notebook 7.6.3, and JupyterLite Core 0.8.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-102253 | 1 Es | 1 Iperf3 | 2026-09-30 | 7.5 High |
| iperf3 versions prior to 3.22 contains a denial of service vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to crash-loop the server's UDP receive worker into an unrecoverable infinite loop by sending a single crafted control-channel parameter message followed by one 16-byte UDP datagram. Attackers can permanently pin the affected per-stream receive thread at approximately 100% CPU usage, rendering the server unusable until forcibly killed with SIGKILL, as the process does not respond to normal control-channel closure. | ||||
| CVE-2026-81841 | 1 Grafana | 2 Grafana, Grafana Enterprise | 2026-09-30 | 5.3 Medium |
| Pausing a shared (public) dashboard did not revoke its access token for the endpoints that serve frontend bootstrap data. Anyone holding the link to a paused shared dashboard could still retrieve, without authenticating, the configuration of the dashboard's data sources, including stored credentials for data sources using browser access (missing authorization). Deleting the shared dashboard does revoke the token. | ||||
| CVE-2026-81842 | 1 Grafana | 2 Grafana, Grafana Enterprise | 2026-09-30 | 4.3 Medium |
| An authenticated user with edit permission on one folder can move a library panel into another folder where they only have view permission, through the library elements API or the equivalent App Platform resource. The update path did not check library panel create permission on the destination folder (incorrect authorization). No data from the destination folder is disclosed, and existing content there cannot be changed. | ||||
