| CVE-2026-73434 | 2 Gstreamer, Redhat | 9 Gstreamer, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 6 more | 2026-09-23 | 6.1 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GStreamer gst-plugins-good (avidemux). In gst_avi_demux_riff_parse_vprp(), the number of available gst_riff_vprp_video_field_desc entries is calculated by dividing the remaining buffer size by the attacker-controlled vprp->fields value, rather than by sizeof(gst_riff_vprp_video_field_desc). This can cause the parser to treat more field descriptors as available than fit in the input buffer, resulting in out-of-bounds reads. Processing a crafted AVI via playbin/decodebin can crash the application (denial of service). Fixed upstream in gst-plugins-good 1.28.6 (GStreamer-SA-2026-0072). | ||||
| CVE-2026-96275 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-23 | 8.8 High |
| A malicious or compromised Flatpak repository can write attacker-controlled content to arbitrary locations on the host filesystem via extract_extra_data(). On system installs, the write happens as root. Two issues combine: `files/extra` is resolved via path operations that follow symlinks, and blob names from `xa.extra-data-sources` are not sanitized against `..` traversal. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86604 | 2 Gtranslate, Wordpress | 2 Gtranslate, Wordpress | 2026-09-23 | 4.8 Medium |
| The GTranslate WordPress plugin before 5.0.1 does not remove shortcodes from the content of outgoing emails before expanding them which, in a non-default configuration, allows unauthenticated users to have arbitrary shortcodes registered on the site executed server side. | ||||

| A security flaw has been discovered in recommenders-team recommenders up to 1.2.1. This impacts the function pickle.load of the file recommenders/models/newsrec/io/mind_iterator.py of the component Dict Loading. Performing a manipulation results in deserialization. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. | ||||
| CVE-2026-91182 | 2026-09-23 | 3.3 Low | ||
| A flaw was found in open-cluster-management. An agent communicating via the gRPC broker can bypass authorization by manipulating the `ce-clustername` cloud event header attribute, which is used for authorization, independently of the actual event payload. This allows a registered managed cluster to gain unauthorized access, enabling it to move itself into other tenants' ManagedClusterSets and overwrite other clusters' ManagedCluster objects in the hub. The primary consequence is a breach of isolation between managed clusters, leading to unauthorized modification of cluster resources. This can lead to unauthorized receipt of newly delivered tenant workloads, policies, and secrets via Placement decisions. Additionally, an attacker can arbitrarily overwrite other clusters' ManagedCluster objects on the hub or perform unauthorized writes inside another cluster's dedicated hub namespace, such as forging Lease liveness heartbeats to manipulate availability status. | ||||
| CVE-2026-23931 | 1 Zabbix | 1 Zabbix | 2026-09-23 | 4.3 Medium |
| The frontend validatate.api.exists action can be exploited by authenticated users to extract plaintext user macro values leading to potential loss of confidentiality. | ||||
| CVE-2026-93952 | 2 Arista, Arista Networks | 2 Velocloud Orchestrator, Velocloud Orchestrator On-prem | 2026-09-23 | 10 Critical |
| VeloCloud Orchestrator (VCO) on-prem has a security issue where this issue may allow a remote attacker to access privileged internal functionality and impact the VCO host. Successful exploitation may compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the orchestrator and data managed by the orchestrator. Hosted, including Dedicated, versions of VCO were impacted and have already been patched. | ||||
| CVE-2026-94127 | 1 F5 | 2 Big-ip, Big-ip Access Policy Manager | 2026-09-23 | 9.8 Critical |
| When a BIG-IP APM access policy and an OAuth profile are configured on a virtual server, specific malicious traffic can lead to remote code execution (RCE). This vulnerability is only present when BIG-IP APM is configured as an OAuth Authorization Server. Deployments using APM strictly as an OAuth Client / Resource Server (without OAuth authorization server profiles configured) are not affected by this vulnerability. Impact: This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to perform remote code execution. The BIG-IP system in Appliance mode is also vulnerable. This is a data plane issue; there is no control plane exposure. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | ||||
| CVE-2026-23933 | 1 Zabbix | 1 Zabbix | 2026-09-23 | 9.1 Critical |
| In Zabbix 7.4 the cryptographic key used for signing Frontend sessions has been erroneously written to the database seed. Currently the only known exploitation scenario is for deployments that utilize both - SAML authentication and guest users. In such cases the key can be used to forge valid session cookies, potentially leading to unauthorized access. For other Zabbix deployments this does not have a known impact. | ||||
| CVE-2026-23934 | 1 Zabbix | 1 Zabbix | 2026-09-23 | 6.5 Medium |
| An authenticated user is able to cause disproportionate CPU load on the Frontend webserver by sending specifically crafted requests to the Frontend validate.api.exists action, leading to potential denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-53682 | 1 Redhat | 3 Certificate System, Dogtag Certificate System, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-23 | 5.3 Medium |
| An unauthenticated client can query the Security Domain hosts inventory via GET /ca/rest/securityDomain/hosts and receive a structured response enumerating internal PKI/CA hosts and roles (security domain topology and participating subsystems), without requiring a principal, client certificate, or session. | ||||
| CVE-2026-23935 | 1 Zabbix | 1 Zabbix | 2026-09-23 | 4.9 Medium |
| A Zabbix administrator is able to read out of bounds memory by utilizing a flaw in script item/preprocessing (JavaScript) HttpRequest logic, leading to potential confidentiality loss. | ||||
| CVE-2026-96273 | 1 Nsa | 1 Ghidra | 2026-09-23 | 5.5 Medium |
| Ghidra before 12.1.4 fails to validate the TYPE_COL byte in OptionsDB.createUnregisteredOption(), causing an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException that leaves domain objects permanently locked. Attackers can craft a malicious program database file that, when imported, causes the application to stall and prevents resource cleanup or graceful shutdown. | ||||
| CVE-2026-96259 | 1 Mattermost | 1 Mattermost | 2026-09-23 | 5.5 Medium |

| CVE-2026-92930 | 1 Openeye | 1 Apex Network Video Recorder (nvr) | 2026-09-23 | 6.2 Medium |
| OpenEye Apex Network Video Recorder (NVR) firmware 3.2.9.376 uses an administrator password-reset unlock-code design that lacks a per-device secret or other server-side cryptographic material. An attacker with physical-console access and access to the privileged password-reset workflow can forge a valid unlock code offline and use it to reset the administrator password. The underlying design has been present since at least firmware 2.2.3.4. Upgrade to version 3.5.4. | ||||
| CVE-2026-91018 | 1 Lwip | 1 Lwip | 2026-09-23 | 8.8 High |

| CVE-2026-77425 | 1 Unleash | 1 Unleash | 2026-09-23 | 4.3 Medium |
| Unleash is an open-source feature management platform. Prior to 8.0.3, POST /api/admin/projects/:projectId/features/:featureName/environments/:environment/strategies/set-sort-order passes attacker-controlled strategy IDs to unprotectedUpdateStrategiesSortOrder and updateSortOrder without verifying that the IDs belong to the project, feature, and environment authorized by the URL. In a multi-project Pro or Enterprise deployment, an authenticated user with UPDATE_FEATURE_STRATEGY in one project who knows another project's strategy IDs can reorder those strategies, changing feature evaluation precedence while the operation is attributed to the attacker's URL context rather than the affected project. The single-project OSS edition lacks the cross-project dimension, although the missing context binding still permits unauthorized reordering across features or environments in the default project. The endpoint changes only sort_order and does not modify strategy parameters, constraints, or segments. This issue is fixed in version 8.0.3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-5696 | 1 Microweber | 1 Administration Panel | 2026-09-23 | N/A |
| Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in Microweber. The vulnerability lies in the ‘group’ parameter of the ‘/admin/settings’ endpoint in the administration panel. A successful exploit allows an attacker to trick an authenticated user into executing malicious JavaScript code in their browser. This enables the attacker to perform actions without the victim’s consent, steal confidential information or hijack the user’s session. | ||||
