CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
netfs: clear post-EOF pagecache when extending a file via write
Fix netfs to erase the contents of a hole created after the EOF by an
ordinary write if dirty data has been previously left there by writes
through an mmapped region. Neither the buffered nor the unbuffered/DIO
write path clears that stale pagecache.
Zero the tail of the folio straddling the EOF before an extending
write. That is the only folio that can hold data written past the EOF
through an mmap, as pages wholly beyond the EOF can't be faulted in.
The folio is zeroed rather than dropped so a concurrent extending write
can't lose data.
Both write paths downgrade the i_rwsem to shared, so extending writes
can run concurrently and the i_size read by the caller may be stale by
the time the folio is locked. Re-read i_size under the folio lock and
clamp the zeroed range up to it, so a racing write that already put
data into the folio isn't clobbered.
Wait for any writeback on the folio to finish before zeroing it so that
the pagecache isn't modified while it may still be read by the transport
during transmission. Honour IOCB_NOWAIT by returning -EAGAIN rather
than blocking on the folio lock, on writeback, or in folio_mkclean()'s
rmap walk when the folio is mapped.
truncate_pagecache() can't be used here: it must be called with the
i_rwsem held exclusively, but these write paths only hold it shared,
and it would block unconditionally, breaking IOCB_NOWAIT.
Callers that hold i_rwsem exclusively for the whole resize (truncate,
setattr, fallocate, clone) exclude any genuine concurrent buffered
writer, so staleness can instead be decided from the folio's dirty
state, as pagecache_isize_extended() already does for filesystems that
serialise writes against truncate/setattr via a single i_rwsem.
Export netfs_clear_stale_post_isize() helper to handle such case.
The helper is required by the CIFS client to fix generic/363. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: mac80211: prevent AP VLAN tx from other interfaces
Since the station lookup was factored out of ieee80211_build_hdr(),
ieee80211_lookup_ra_sta() uses sta_info_get_bss() for all AP and AP VLAN
frames, not only for control port frames. A unicast frame sent on one
interface thus matches a station of a different VLAN of the same BSS and
is transmitted to it.
Only match stations of the interface the frame is sent on, except for
control port frames, since those may be sent for VLAN stations directly
on the BSS interface. |
| Broadstreet Ad Widget plugin for WordPress 2.2.0 before 2.12.0 contains a local file inclusion vulnerability that allows authenticated users to execute attacker-chosen PHP files by passing unsanitized input to require in views/modal/index.php. Attackers can supply directory traversal sequences in the 'step' parameter, optionally with a null byte, to include local files and execute PHP code. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-19. |
| A vulnerability in the web interface of AOS-8 could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to achieve remote code execution. Successful exploitation could lead to complete device control, enabling interception of network traffic and potential compromise of connected systems. |
| A vulnerability was determined in gedelumbung HospitalManagement up to c2d45543789a3887067d3915f69d44cfc2cf76a8. Impacted is the function kirim of the file application/modules/web/controllers/contact.php of the component Contact Form. Executing a manipulation of the argument nama/email/alamat/telepon/pesan can lead to cross site scripting. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. This product implements a rolling release for ongoing delivery, which means version information for affected or updated releases is unavailable. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. |
| Improperly controlled modification of JIT elevation settings in PAM checkout in Devolutions Server 2026.3.8.0 and earlier allows an authenticated user with PAM checkout access to delete arbitrary Active Directory groups or retain elevated privileges via client-supplied JIT elevation settings in a checkout update request. |
| Server-side request forgery in PingOne groups endpoint in Devolutions Server 2026.3.8.0 and earlier allows an authenticated low-privileged user to exfiltrate the stored PingOne application secret via an attacker-controlled PingOne configuration in the request parameter. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
macsec: initialize SecY before registering the netdevice
Creating a MACsec device with MAC offload over an LRO-capable lower
device triggers a warning in rtmsg_ifinfo_build_skb() when IPv4
forwarding is enabled by default.
register_netdevice() invokes inetdev_init(), which disables LRO and emits
a NETDEV_FEAT_CHANGE notification. This reaches macsec_fill_info() before
macsec_add_dev() initializes the SecY. key_len is still zero, so
macsec_fill_info() returns -EMSGSIZE and trips the WARN_ON in
rtmsg_ifinfo_build_skb(), even though the skb has enough space.
Even without the warning, notifications during registration can report
uninitialized SecY attributes, including the SCI. This ordering has existed
since the driver was introduced.
Initialize the SecY and apply the new-link attributes before registration.
Move MAC address inheritance into macsec_newlink() so the SCI can also be
initialized before registration-time notifications report it. Move the
per-CPU statistics and metadata destination allocation into ndo_init(),
and release partial allocations on failure. |
| Incus 6.0.5 before 6.0.7, 6.12.0 before 7.0.2, and 7.1.0 before 7.5.0 contains a restriction bypass vulnerability that allows restricted project users to use pull mode migration via clustered refresh requests. Attackers with instance creation rights can send a refresh migration request for an existing instance to make the server open outbound TLS websocket connections and probe reachable services. |
| Chaskiq through 2.0.3 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to fetch arbitrary URLs via the createUrlUpload GraphQL mutation. Attackers can submit internal URLs, including cloud instance metadata endpoints, through POST /graphql and retrieve the full response via the returned ActiveStorage blob URL. |
| Conda Organization Infrastructure is a centralized location for infrastructure codes. Prior to commit 9c0f238, a GitHub Actions Pwn Request vulnerability appears to remain present in conda/conda. The affected workflow is .github/workflows/update.yml. It is triggered by issue_comment events containing @conda-bot render or @conda-bot recreate. For the render path, the workflow obtains the pull request head repository and branch from the PR API, checks out that PR-controlled repository/ref using secrets.SYNC_TOKEN, and then runs conda/actions/template-files@7f6830b1428a9bd47f0b068892c77eae95207037. The external template-files action reads its default configuration and templates from the checked-out working directory. In the confirmed finding, that action uses an unsandboxed Jinja2 environment to render attacker-controlled template content. This creates a Pwn Request chain in which an untrusted PR/comment path can reach template rendering in a privileged token context. This issue has been patched via commit 9c0f238. |
| Wasmtime before 36.0.17, 37.0.0 before 48.0.4, and 49.0.0 before 49.0.2 contains an information disclosure vulnerability in the WASIp1 fd_readdir implementation that copies uninitialized struct padding into guest memory. Guests with a preopened directory can list entries to receive three bytes of leftover host stack or heap memory per directory entry. |
| WWBN AVideo before 29.4.0 contains a blind server-side request forgery vulnerability in getHeaderContentTypeFromURL() because get_headers() follows redirects without re-validating targets with isSSRFSafeURL(). Authenticated uploaders can store a videoLink pointing to a redirector, causing internal GET requests when visitors view the video, enabling internal port scanning via the embed-versus-video render oracle. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ASoC: codecs: max98363: fix uninitialized stream_config->type
stream_config is not initialized before being passed to
sdw_stream_add_slave(). The type field may contain garbage and is
later copied to stream->type by sdw_config_stream().
Zero-initialize stream_config so type defaults to SDW_STREAM_PCM. |
| A Code Injection exists in treekill on Windows which allows a remote code execution when an attacker is able to control the input into the command. |
| Web3.py 7.15.0 through 7.16.0 and 8.0.0b2 through 8.0.0 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability because _check_ip_blocked() does not unwrap IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses in CCIP Read URL validation. Malicious contracts can return OffchainLookup URLs with IPv4-mapped IPv6 hosts or AAAA records, making clients with CCIP Read enabled send requests to loopback, private, or link-local services. |
| Scoold is a Q&A and a knowledge sharing platform for teams. Prior to 1.69.1, the apiCorsConfiguration() method in src/main/java/com/erudika/scoold/ScooldServer.java combines addAllowedOriginPattern("*") with setAllowCredentials(true), causing Spring to reflect any requesting origin while allowing cookies or session tokens. A malicious website visited by a logged-in Scoold user can therefore issue authenticated API requests, read user data, questions, and configuration, and trigger state-changing operations on the user's behalf. This issue is fixed in version 1.69.1. |
| The Advanced Custom Fields: Extended WordPress plugin before 0.9.2.8, Advanced Custom Fields: Extended PRO WordPress plugin before 0.9.2.8 does not perform any capability check when updating a post through one of its front-end form actions, allowing unauthenticated visitors to overwrite arbitrary posts, including the ones in which the site stores its own field definitions, which in turn leads to arbitrary code execution on the server. Exploitation requires the site to publish a form whose post-update action maps both its target and its content to visitor-submitted values. |
| OPNsense is a FreeBSD based firewall and routing platform. Prior to version 26.1.10, the Trust module stores attacker-controlled certificate authority and certificate refid values and interpolates them into XPath expressions in src/opnsense/mvc/app/models/OPNsense/Trust/FieldTypes/CAsField.php and src/opnsense/mvc/app/models/OPNsense/Trust/FieldTypes/CertificatesField.php. A user with CA Manager or Certificate Manager privileges can submit a crafted refid and repeatedly retrieve the object to obtain a boolean refcount oracle, allowing values in config.xml to be recovered character by character. Exposed values can include password hashes, API credentials, certificate private keys, VPN key material, and high-availability credentials, enabling privilege escalation and compromise of other security domains. This issue is fixed in version 26.1.10. |
| TaskingAI through 0.3.0 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers to make the backend send arbitrary HTTP requests by supplying an unvalidated OpenAPI servers[0].url in a user-defined action. Attackers holding a project API key or console admin login can create an action pointing to loopback, internal or cloud metadata addresses and run it via POST /actions/{action_id}/run to read back up to 64 KiB of responses. |
