CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
espintcp: Fix race condition in espintcp_close()
This issue was discovered during a code audit.
After cancel_work_sync() is called from espintcp_close(),
espintcp_tx_work() can still be scheduled from paths such as
the Delayed ACK handler or ksoftirqd.
As a result, the espintcp_tx_work() worker may dereference a
freed espintcp ctx or sk.
The following is a simple race scenario:
cpu0 cpu1
espintcp_close()
cancel_work_sync(&ctx->work);
espintcp_write_space()
schedule_work(&ctx->work);
To prevent this race condition, cancel_work_sync() is
replaced with disable_work_sync(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
smb: client: split cached_fid bitfields to avoid shared-byte RMW races
is_open, has_lease and on_list are stored in the same bitfield byte in
struct cached_fid but are updated in different code paths that may run
concurrently. Bitfield assignments generate byte read–modify–write
operations (e.g. `orb $mask, addr` on x86_64), so updating one flag can
restore stale values of the others.
A possible interleaving is:
CPU1: load old byte (has_lease=1, on_list=1)
CPU2: clear both flags (store 0)
CPU1: RMW store (old | IS_OPEN) -> reintroduces cleared bits
To avoid this class of races, convert these flags to separate bool
fields. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: iwlwifi: mld: cancel mlo_scan_start_wk
mlo_scan_start_wk is not canceled on disconnection. In fact, it is not
canceled anywhere except in the restart cleanup, where we don't really
have to.
This can cause an init-after-queue issue: if, for example, the work was
queued and then drv_change_interface got executed.
This can also cause use-after-free: if the work is executed after the
vif is freed. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
dpaa2-switch: add bounds check for if_id in IRQ handler
The IRQ handler extracts if_id from the upper 16 bits of the hardware
status register and uses it to index into ethsw->ports[] without
validation. Since if_id can be any 16-bit value (0-65535) but the ports
array is only allocated with sw_attr.num_ifs elements, this can lead to
an out-of-bounds read potentially.
Add a bounds check before accessing the array, consistent with the
existing validation in dpaa2_switch_rx(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: octeon_ep_vf: fix free_irq dev_id mismatch in IRQ rollback
octep_vf_request_irqs() requests MSI-X queue IRQs with dev_id set to
ioq_vector. If request_irq() fails part-way, the rollback loop calls
free_irq() with dev_id set to 'oct', which does not match the original
dev_id and may leave the irqaction registered.
This can keep IRQ handlers alive while ioq_vector is later freed during
unwind/teardown, leading to a use-after-free or crash when an interrupt
fires.
Fix the error path to free IRQs with the same ioq_vector dev_id used
during request_irq(). |
| The Wp Map Block plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the set_status() and bulk() functions in the Maps_Controller REST controller in versions up to, and including, 3.0.0. The plugin's permission_callback (can_edit()) only verifies current_user_can('edit_posts') and performs no object-level ownership check or verification of publish-level capabilities, while the handlers pass the caller-controlled map ID directly to wp_update_post() (and wp_delete_post() in the bulk delete branch) to change post_status between publish and draft. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to publish or unpublish (and bulk-delete) any wpmb_map post, including maps owned by administrators, which hides published maps from all public pages site-wide or forces draft maps to become publicly visible. |
| crmeb_java through 3.1 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows authenticated members to read other members' orders by supplying their order numbers. Attackers can request /api/front/order/express/{orderId} or /api/front/order/apply/refund/{orderId} to view victims' tracking numbers, logistics traces, payment amounts and product lines. |
| JuggleIM im-server through 1.8.16 ships default administrator credentials admin/123456 that allow unauthenticated remote attackers to access the admin console on port 8090. Attackers can log in as administrator, even after account deletion since CheckLogin recreates it, to control tenant applications and app secrets. |
| libmodplug through 0.8.9.1 contains a heap-based out-of-bounds read vulnerability in CSoundFile::ReadAMS2() in src/load_ams.cpp that allows attackers to read adjacent heap memory via crafted AMS files. Attackers can supply an AMS module whose pattern effect bytes keep bit 7 set, driving the decoder past the input buffer and crashing any libmodplug consumer. |
| The WP Booking System – Booking Calendar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the 'data[orderby]' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.1.0.1 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. Exploitation requires the targeted calendar to have more than 200 bookings, as the orderby value is only forwarded to the database layer when the AJAX handler takes the use_ajax branch; an Administrator can satisfy this condition by creating bookings directly. |
| The SiteOrigin CSS plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'href' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.6.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Successful exploitation requires the malicious comment to be approved and an administrator to subsequently open the Visual Inspector and click the attacker's anchor link, both of which are plausible interactions during routine comment triage. |
| The Mail Mint plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL Injection via the 'filters' parameter of the /wp-json/mrm/v1/segments/contacts REST endpoint in versions up to, and including, 1.31.4 This is due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied filter 'value' before it is appended to a SQL query in SegmentFilterService::get_meta_join_query() at line 797, where the value is string-interpolated into the WHERE fragment in a numeric (unquoted) context and the surrounding $wpdb->prepare() calls do not cover the injected value. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with the custom 'mint_read_contacts' capability (granted to Administrators by default, and configurable to lower roles via the plugin's role manager), to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. |
| The GeoDirectory – WP Business Directory Plugin and Classified Listings Directory plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'twitterusername' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.192 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The client-side HTML pattern attribute enforcing alphanumeric-only input on the twitterusername field is not validated server-side, allowing a listing owner with Subscriber-level access to submit an attribute-breakout payload that bypasses sanitization and is stored directly to the custom field table. |
| Missing Authorization vulnerability in WordLift Srl WordLift wordlift allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels.This issue affects WordLift: from n/a through 3.54.15. |
| The NotificationX plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization leading to arbitrary content injection in versions up to, and including, 3.3.3 The /notificationx/v1/popup-submit REST route is registered with permission_callback => '__return_true', and the handler at PopupNotification::handle_popup_submission() accepts an attacker-controlled nx_id, loads whichever NotificationX campaign that id points to, and copies that campaign's own source into the new entry without verifying that the campaign is a Popup Notification or Exit Intent Popup (the two sources this form is intended to serve). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject forged social-proof entries (name, title, message, email, theme) into any enabled non-popup NotificationX campaign — WP Comments, WooCommerce/EDD/Give sales, reviews, etc. |
| The CP Multi View Events Calendar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'CalendarTitle' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.42 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This requires that an administrator has enabled the "Allow edition in frontend?" option on at least one calendar view, which exposes the unauthenticated add endpoint and a publicly accessible nonce. |
| The Premium Packages – Sell Digital Products Securely plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'note' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 7.2.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The exploit bypasses tag-based filtering because the payload is stored as a hex-escaped sequence (e.g., \x3cimg onerror=...\x3e) that sanitize_textarea_field does not strip, and is only decoded back into a live HTML tag by stripcslashes() during admin rendering — after all sanitization has occurred. |
| The Klarna for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 4.13.3 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to access any order's secret order_key and full billing and shipping PII — including first name, last name, email address, phone number, street address, postcode, city, region, and country — emitted inline as the klarna_payments_params JavaScript variable, enabling full store-wide order enumeration. Because WooCommerce order IDs are sequential integers and no order_key or authenticated session is required, every order in the store can be trivially enumerated with sequential GET requests to the order-pay endpoint. |
| Missing Authorization vulnerability in Planet studio PlanetStudio Payment Gateway planetstudio-payment-gateway allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels.This issue affects PlanetStudio Payment Gateway: from n/a through 1.3.3. |
| Missing Authorization vulnerability in WPdreams Ajax Search Lite ajax-search-lite allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels.This issue affects Ajax Search Lite: from n/a through 4.14.5. |
