CVE-2026-69215 1 Http4s 1 Http4s 2026-09-16 6.8 Medium
Http4s is a Scala interface for HTTP services. Prior to 0.23.35 and 1.0.0-M47, The CookieJar client middleware uses unanchored substring checks instead of RFC 6265 domain and path matching when deciding whether to attach a stored cookie. A cookie for example.com can consequently be sent to an attacker-controlled hostname such as evilexample.com when an application using the same jar makes an attacker-influenced outbound request. This exposes session or authentication cookies and can enable hijacking of the application’s outbound sessions. This issue is fixed in versions 0.23.35 and 1.0.0-M47.
CVE-2026-45794 1 Openidentityplatform 1 Openam 2026-09-16 N/A
Open Access Management (OpenAM) is an access management solution. Prior to 16.1.1, the anonymous Push Notification SNS callback handled by SnsMessageResource falls back to a CTS predicate blob after a messageId expires from the in-memory dispatcher, treats top-level blob keys as Java class names for Class.forName, and deserializes attacker-controlled JSON through Jackson. A low-privileged user who starts Push Registration and obtains the messageId, shared secret, and challenge can wait for expiry, replace the persistent blob through anonymous callbacks, and trigger class loading and construction in the OpenAM JVM. The primitive can cause classpath-dependent process execution, file writes, or denial of service, although command execution was not confirmed on the tested stock classpath. This issue is fixed in version 16.1.1.
CVE-2026-89161 1 Pcre 1 Pcre2 2026-09-16 7.4 High
In PCRE2 before 10.48, pcre2_jit_match mishandles a previously copied subject being passed in as a context. An incorrect free operation can occur.
CVE-2026-92237 1 Devolutions 1 Powershell Universal 2026-09-16 6.5 Medium
Insertion of sensitive information into log file in the slow query logging feature in Devolutions PowerShell Universal 2026.2.5 and earlier allows an authenticated user with log read permission to obtain application tokens, data protection key material and other stored credentials via SQL parameter values written to the system log on instances backed by Microsoft SQL Server.
CVE-2026-85731 2026-09-16 8.8 High
oras-go is a Go library for managing OCI artifacts. Prior to 2.6.2, content/file.Store extraction of OCI layers marked with io.deis.oras.content.unpack=true can write outside the store working directory. The pushDir path through extractTarDirectory and ensureLinkPath validates symlink targets lexically, resolveRelToBase skips its parent-symlink walk for root-level entries, and writeFile follows a terminal symlink when opening a regular file. A malicious archive can therefore create a symlink chain whose lexical target remains inside the extraction root but whose resolved target is an attacker-selected absolute path, then overwrite that target with a same-named regular-file entry even when AllowPathTraversalOnWrite is false. Pulling an attacker-controlled artifact can create or overwrite any file writable by the process and may lead to code execution. This issue is fixed in version 2.6.2.
CVE-2026-71182 2026-09-16 3 Low
Dell Update Package Framework, versions prior to 26.07.03, contains an Improper Link Resolution Before File Access ('Link Following') vulnerability. A high privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Filesystem access for attacker.
CVE-2026-70416 2026-09-16 10 Critical
Dell ObjectScale, versions prior to 4.4.0.0, contains a Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Remote execution.
CVE-2026-59944 2026-09-16 6.1 Medium
Composer is a dependency Manager for the PHP language. From 1.0 until 2.2.30 and from 2.3.0 until 2.10.3, a malicious or compromised dependency can bypass the earlier CVE-2026-59946 binary-path hardening because Composer validates literal parent-directory segments only during dependency resolution, while the symlink and installed-metadata paths described by the advisory skip that validation. A package can ship an in-package binary symlink that resolves outside its installation directory, or attacker-influenced vendor/composer/installed.json metadata can provide an escaping binary path during a reinstall or regeneration of missing vendor/bin entries. The installed-metadata path is reachable only when the vendor directory was not populated by the same validated install run, such as when it is restored from an untrusted cache, copied from an earlier build stage, carried over from an older Composer run, or writable by a lower-trust build step. Composer can follow the path, change the external target's permissions to make it world-readable and executable, and create a runnable vendor/bin proxy to that external file. The issue does not directly read or transmit data and does not by itself provide remote code execution. This issue is fixed in versions 2.2.30 and 2.10.3.
CVE-2026-20234 2026-09-16 9.9 Critical
As part of Cisco's ongoing commitment to proactive security and product quality, the Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Cisco ISE Passive Identity Connector (ISE-PIC) engineering teams have conducted a comprehensive internal security review. This review resulted in a software hardening release that addresses multiple internally discovered vulnerabilities. The vulnerabilities tracked by CVE-2026-20234 are related to insufficiently protected credentials issues that are grouped under the Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) Pillar CWE-522.
CVE-2026-20307 2026-09-16 9.9 Critical
A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco ISE could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system of an affected device. To exploit this vulnerability, the attacker must have at least low-privileged administrative credentials. This vulnerability is due to insecure deserialization of a user-supplied Java byte stream. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted serialized Java object to the web-based management interface of an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code on the device and elevate privileges to root. In single-node deployments, successful exploitation of this vulnerability could cause the affected ISE node to become unavailable, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition. In that condition, endpoints that have not already authenticated would be unable to access the network until the node is restored.
CVE-2026-73467 2026-09-16 6.3 Medium
On affected platforms running Arista EOS, under certain circumstances plaintext shared secrets for configured Terminal Access Controller Access-Control System Plus (TACACS+) servers
CVE-2026-49400 1 Octobercms 1 October 2026-09-16 3.3 Low
October System provides the system module for October Content Management System. Prior to versions 3.7.17 and 4.2.21, the backend `SessionMaker` trait stored widget session state as `base64(serialize(...))` and consumed it with `unserialize()` without an `allowed_classes` restriction. Any code path that could write to a `widget.*` session key with attacker-controlled bytes could trigger PHP object injection the next time the widget read its session state, allowing instantiation of arbitrary classes and reachable PHP gadget chains. This issue only affects installations running with `cms.safe_mode` enabled. Safe Mode is a niche opt-in feature, primarily used for demo installations and multi-tenant or shared-editor scenarios where untrusted users are deliberately granted access to the CMS markup editor. In standard production deployments Safe Mode is off, backend access is restricted to trusted administrators, and a markup editor can already execute arbitrary PHP directly. The session-write path that reaches this sink is gated by the Safe Mode sandbox, so installations without Safe Mode enabled are not exposed. Scope of impact is narrow even with Safe Mode enabled. The standard backend code paths that populate widget session state (search terms, sort options, selected IDs, filter values) wrap the input inside a known array shape before serializing, so user-supplied values never reach `unserialize()` as a controllable serialized payload. Exploitation requires the Safe Mode session-write path together with a suitable PHP gadget chain reachable from the installed dependency set. The hardening below removes the underlying object-injection sink so the class of issue is closed off regardless. The vulnerability has been patched in v3.7.17 and v4.2.21. Two changes were applied. `Backend\Traits\SessionMaker` now stores widget session state as plain JSON instead of `base64(serialize(...))`, eliminating the object-injection sink entirely for new writes. Reads transparently fall back to the legacy format for one upgrade cycle so existing sessions retain their saved widget state. The legacy `unserialize()` fallback path now sets `allowed_classes => false`, so even values written before the upgrade cannot instantiate objects. As a workaround, restrict CMS markup editing access to fully trusted administrators only, the standard October CMS recommendation for any deployment.
CVE-2026-90807 1 Nanocoai 1 Nanoclaw 2026-09-16 6.3 Medium
A vulnerability was found in nanocoai NanoClaw up to 2.1.17. This issue affects the function forwardAttachedFiles of the file src/modules/agent-to-agent/agent-route.ts of the component Attachment Handler. The manipulation results in link following. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit has been made public and could be used. The patch is identified as 3f9ed607b7e7a4872747295f75286f1c377d7c33. It is advisable to implement a patch to correct this issue.
CVE-2026-16104 1 Redhat 8 Build Keycloak, Build Of Keycloak, Data Grid and 5 more 2026-09-16 4.3 Medium
A flaw was found in the authentication configuration endpoint of the keycloak-services component, which is the core engine for Red Hat Build of Keycloak identity and access management. The issue occurs because the system fails to mask sensitive configuration values, such as reCAPTCHA secret keys, when they are requested by administrators with view-only permissions. This can lead to the exposure of third-party service credentials to unauthorized personnel or through administrative logs.
CVE-2025-59953 2026-09-16 9.8 Critical
LMDeploy is a toolkit for compressing, deploying, and serving large language models. Starting in version 0.9.1 and prior to version 0.10.2, the LMdeploy implements an rpc server (AsyncRPCServer in zmq_rpc.py) for supporting the RPC communications. In its core functionality call_and_response(), I found it will directly use the pickles.loads() to deserialize the received messages without any sanitization, hence resulting in a remote code execution vulnerability by this RPC server. Version 0.10.2 contains a patch.
CVE-2026-90575 1 Phpgurukul 1 Small Crm 2026-09-16 3.7 Low
A weakness has been identified in PHPGurukul Small CRM 4.0. This impacts the function unserialize of the file /crm/login.php of the component Login Success Handler. This manipulation of the argument geopluginURL causes deserialization. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitability is said to be difficult. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks.
CVE-2026-89186 2 Zenhive, Zenhive 2 Mpp, Mpp 2026-09-16 N/A
Use of Cache Containing Sensitive Information in ZenHive mpp allows a shared HTTP cache to store a paid response and serve it to clients that never paid. MPP.Plug.verify_credential in lib/mpp/plug.ex sets payment-receipt and cache-control: private on the connection before the wrapped application runs, and registers no register_before_send/2 callback. Plug.Conn.put_resp_header/3 replaces an existing header, so a mounting application that sets its own cache-control on the paid resource (for example public, max-age=3600) silently overrides the private the library relies on, and a CDN or reverse proxy can then store the paid 200 together with its Payment-Receipt and serve both to unpaid clients. The library-level guarantee is therefore defeatable by the application it protects. For the same reason a downstream non-2xx response still carried Payment-Receipt, issuing a receipt for a response that delivered no resource. This issue affects mpp: from 0.1.0 before 0.16.2.
CVE-2026-25550 1 Seagull 3 Bartender 2010, Bartender 2016, Bartender 2019 2026-09-16 9.8 Critical
Seagull Software BarTender 2010, 2016, and 2019 contain an unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability in the .NET Remoting service exposed on TCP port 7375 via BtSystem.Service.exe. The service registers an unauthenticated singleton endpoint — BarTenderSystem for BarTender 2016 <= R9, and DataServiceSingleton for BarTender 2019 <= R10 — configured with BinaryServerFormatterSinkProvider and TypeFilterLevel set to Full. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit .NET Remoting object unmarshalling to read or write arbitrary files on the server using the .NET WebClient class, or coerce NTLMv2 authentication by supplying a UNC path to an attacker-controlled server, enabling sensitive credential disclosure, remote code execution, or lateral movement depending on service account privileges and network environment. The service runs in the context of NT AUTHORITY\\SYSTEM. This vulnerability is corrected in BarTender 12.0.1. Users of affected releases should upgrade to BarTender 12.0.1 or later.
CVE-2026-68831 1 Microsoft 26 Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809, Windows 10 21h2 and 23 more 2026-09-16 5.5 Medium
Files or directories accessible to external parties in Windows Defender Firewall Service allows an authorized attacker to disclose information locally.
CVE-2026-89021 1 Mikrotik 1 Routeros 2026-09-16 6.9 Medium
MikroTik RouterOS before 7.24.2 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the container package OCI/tar image extraction that allows attackers to write files outside the container root by supplying a crafted container image with symlinks pointing to arbitrary paths. Attackers can exploit unsanitized tar member path extraction during container import via /container/add to achieve root-privileged file creation, directory creation, file deletion via overlayfs whiteout, and hardlink creation on the persistent data partition without ever starting the container. The 7.23.x long-term branch does not contain this fix; the container binaries in container-7.23.3.npk and container-7.23.4.npk are byte-identical, and there is no fixed long-term release at the time of publication.
