CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amd/display: Fix dangling pointer in CRTC reset function
amdgpu_dm_crtc_reset_state() frees the old state before allocating
a new one. If kzalloc() fails, the function returns without updating
the state pointer, leaving a dangling pointer to already freed memory.
Fix this by allocating the new state first. On allocation failure, the
old state remains untouched and the function safely returns.
Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
firmware: coreboot: Validate table bounds
The existing coreboot_table_populate() bounds checks limit individual
entries to the mapped length. However, coreboot_table_probe() replaces
the platform resource length with header and table sizes supplied by
firmware before mapping the full table.
A malformed table can overflow the 32-bit size addition or advertise an
extent beyond the resource, causing the driver to map and parse memory
outside the resource. A resource shorter than the fixed header is also
mapped as though it contained a complete header.
Reject resources shorter than the fixed header. After validating the
signature, require a complete header, calculate the advertised extent
with overflow checking, and reject extents beyond the resource before
remapping the table. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
nfc: nci: fix double completion race in nci_data_exchange_complete
nci_close_device() and nci_rx_work can both call
nci_data_exchange_complete() concurrently. After commit 4527025d440ce8
("nfc: nci: fix circular locking dependency in nci_close_device") moved
flush_workqueue(ndev->rx_wq) after mutex_unlock(&ndev->req_lock),
rx_work is no longer serialized with the explicit completion call in the
close path. Both callers read the non-NULL callback pointer and invoke
rawsock_data_exchange_complete(), which calls sock_put() -- but only one
sock_hold() was taken, so the second sock_put() underflows the refcount
and frees the socket while it is still in use.
Replace the bare clear_bit(NCI_DATA_EXCHANGE) with
test_and_clear_bit() so that only the first caller proceeds to invoke
the callback. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: mt76: fix handling channel context with different bands in mt76_switch_vif_chanctx()
When performing channel switches on different radios within a short
timeframe, channel contexts with different bands can be carried for
each struct ieee80211_vif_chanctx_switch.
Rework mt76_switch_vif_chanctx() to properly handle this scenario. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: ath12k: fix stride mismatch in mac_phy_caps_parse()
Currently, in ath12k_wmi_mac_phy_caps_parse(), kzalloc() sizes the
mac_phy_caps buffer as tot_phy_id * len, where len is clamped to
min(firmware_len, sizeof(struct ath12k_wmi_mac_phy_caps_params)). The
subsequent memcpy() destination advances by sizeof(full struct) per slot
via C pointer arithmetic, not by the clamped len. When firmware sends
short TLVs, the second and later slots are written past the end of the
allocation.
The reader in ath12k_pull_mac_phy_cap_svc_ready_ext() also indexes the
buffer with full-struct pointer arithmetic, so the allocation must match
that stride.
Fix by using kzalloc_objs(), which derives the element size from the
pointer type, making allocation size and pointer stride provably
consistent regardless of what len the firmware provides.

| An inefficient regular expression complexity issue in the in-memory query evaluation component of the Mongoid library may allow an unauthenticated party to cause excessive processing within an embedding application process. Applications that place user-supplied text into a pattern-matching query condition on an embedded association may become unresponsive. |
| Improper neutralization of input during web page generation ('cross-site scripting') vulnerability in Automattic WordPress core allows DOM-Based XSS.
This issue affects WordPress versions 7.1 before 7.1.1; 7.0 through 7.0.4; 6.9 through 6.9.7; 6.8 through 6.8.8; 6.7 through 6.7.7; 6.6 through 6.6.7; 6.5 through 6.5.10; 6.4 through 6.4.10; 6.3 through 6.3.10; 6.2 through 6.2.11; 6.1 through 6.1.12; 6.0 through 6.0.14; 5.9 through 5.9.16; 5.8 through 5.8.15; 5.7 through 5.7.17; 5.6 through 5.6.19; 5.5 through 5.5.20; 5.4 through 5.4.21; 5.3 through 5.3.23; 5.2 through 5.2.26; 5.1 through 5.1.24; 5.0 through 5.0.27; 4.9 through 4.9.31; 4.8 through 4.8.30; and 4.7 through 4.7.35.
The Unauthenticated Stored XSS vulnerability in the WordPress core can be reproduced on a default WordPress installation. Comment moderation is disabled by default, and the requirement for commenters to have a previously approved comment can be bypassed. |
| The Paid Downloads plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 3.15 via the admin_request_handler function. This is due to missing authorization and file type validation in the admin_request_handler function, which is reachable unauthenticated via is_admin() returning true for /wp-admin/admin-post.php. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. On Apache servers where AllowOverride is enabled, an .htaccess file placed in the upload directory may block direct HTTP retrieval of uploaded files, limiting exploitability to stacks that do not honor .htaccess directives such as nginx, LiteSpeed, and Apache with AllowOverride None. |
| AVideo through commit c3edcc274c contains an authorization bypass vulnerability where a session cookie named 'key' with value 'value' overrides the $_REQUEST['key'] parameter in saveLive.php and related endpoints. Attackers can publish to any user's RTMP stream without authentication by using the known constant stream key value to hijack live broadcasts. |
| league/commonmark versions >= 2.0.0 and < 2.8.4 (patched in 2.9.0) contain a denial of service vulnerability in UniqueSlugNormalizer::normalize(), which restarts its numeric-suffix search from 1 on every slug collision, resulting in O(K^2) time complexity for K headings that collapse to the same base slug. The vulnerable path is reached when HeadingPermalinkExtension, FootnoteExtension, or TableOfContentsExtension is registered. An unauthenticated attacker can force many headings onto a single base slug (e.g., via empty ATX headings, identical heading text, or punctuation-only headings) in a small Markdown document, consuming excessive CPU and denying service. |
| The league/commonmark (thephpleague/commonmark) library in versions >= 1.5.0 and < 2.9.1 contains quadratic parsing complexity in its SmartPunctExtension and AttributesExtension. When either extension is explicitly registered on the Environment (they are not enabled by default and are excluded from the standard CommonMark and GitHub-Flavored Markdown converters), an unauthenticated attacker can submit small, specially crafted Markdown documents — such as text alternating with unpaired quotes, contiguous runs of block-level attribute blocks, or repeated class attributes — to trigger disproportionate CPU consumption and cause a denial of service. Fixed in 2.9.1. |
| The Master Addons for Elementor – Elementor Addons, Widgets, Mega Menu Builder, Popup Builder, Widget Builder & Template Kits plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.2. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to modify the title and metadata of arbitrary WordPress posts or permanently delete arbitrary WordPress posts by supplying an attacker-controlled popup_id. The required nonce is emitted on the edit-jltma_popup admin screen, which is accessible to Contributors because the jltma_popup custom post type is registered with capability_type='post'. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to traverse directories on the system due to a path traversal vulnerability. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges due to improper privilege management. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands due to improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands due to improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to gain elevated privileges due to missing authorization in the REST API. |
| Roo-Code through 3.54.0 contains an auto-approve bypass vulnerability in the shell command parsing logic that allows attackers to execute denied shell commands by exploiting the omission of the bash pipe operator from the command parser's operator token set. Attackers can craft a command line with an allowlisted prefix followed by the stderr-redirecting pipe operator and a denied command, causing the parser to approve the full pipeline while bash executes the denied component with the agent's auto-execute privileges on the developer's machine. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 is vulnerable to a SQL injection vulnerability in the New Query Builder REST Processor. A low-privileged authenticated user can inject SQL statements through the newQueryBuilder REST endpoint, potentially resulting in unauthorized access to data and impact to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the affected system. |
| Dell OpenManage Server Administrator, versions prior to 11.1.0.3, contains a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Server-side request forgery. |
