| If a BIND resolver sends a query for a DNSSEC-signed authoritative zone, and the authoritative server replies with a valid wildcard answer and signed NSEC3 proof, followed by an unsigned NSEC at the same owner name, it will trigger an unexpected program exit.

The b2s_get_select_mandant_user AJAX handler in includes/Ajax/Get.php resolves arbitrary user IDs supplied in the owner parameter to display names without verifying that the caller is authorized to read user account data, allowing any user with the edit_posts capability to map WordPress user IDs to display names and confirm account existence for arbitrary IDs. |
| Adenion Blog2Social plugin for WordPress before 9.1.0 allows low-privileged users to modify the scheduled post records of other users. The b2s_calendar_move_post AJAX handler in includes/Ajax/Post.php issues an UPDATE against the b2s_posts table using only the attacker-supplied b2s_id primary key with no blog_user_id ownership constraint, allowing any user with the edit_posts capability to reschedule, suppress, or alter the publication state of any other user's scheduled social media post. |

| RestrictedPython is a tool that helps define a subset of the Python language for accepting program input in a trusted environment. Prior to 8.4, RestrictedPython could allow a sandbox escape when a custom import policy or globals exposed the standard library string module, the string.Formatter class, a Formatter instance, or a Formatter subclass to restricted code. The string.Formatter methods format, get_field, get_value, and vformat performed attribute and item traversal internally without passing through RestrictedPython's safer_getattr protections. Restricted code could use those live object references to reach function globals, builtins, file access, or code execution primitives, affecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability in the host environment. This issue is fixed in version 8.4. |
| FileRise before version 3.28.0 contains a privilege escalation vulnerability that allows authenticated low-privilege attackers to gain unauthorized read and write access by exploiting improper session isolation between the WebDAV interface and the web application session context. Attackers can combine valid Basic-Auth credentials with an active admin PHPSESSID cookie to bypass authorization boundaries, as the WebDAV layer incorrectly inherits elevated privileges from an ambient web session rather than enforcing independent stateless authentication per RFC 4918. |
