Adobe Font Driver in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP2, Windows Vista SP2, Windows Server 2008 SP2 and R2 SP1, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 Gold and R2, and Windows RT Gold and 8.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted (1) web site or (2) file, aka "Adobe Font Driver Remote Code Execution Vulnerability," a different vulnerability than CVE-2015-0090, CVE-2015-0091, CVE-2015-0092, and CVE-2015-0093.
The UNC implementation in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP2, Windows Vista SP2, Windows Server 2008 SP2 and R2 SP1, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 Gold and R2, and Windows RT Gold and 8.1 does not include authentication from the server to the client, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by making crafted data available on a UNC share, as demonstrated by Group Policy data from a spoofed domain controller, aka "Group Policy Remote Code Execution Vulnerability."
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP2, 3.5, 3.5.1, 4, 4.5, 4.5.1, and 4.5.2 does not properly parse internationalized resource identifiers, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (memory corruption) via a crafted request to a .NET web application, aka ".NET Framework Remote Code Execution Vulnerability."
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and 4.6.1 mishandles library loading, which allows local users to gain privileges via a crafted application, aka ".NET Framework Remote Code Execution Vulnerability."
Microsoft XML Core Services 3.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted web site, aka "MSXML 3.0 Remote Code Execution Vulnerability."
A remote code execution vulnerability in an Android runtime library in Android 4.x before 4.4.4, 5.0.x before 5.0.2, 5.1.x before 5.1.1, and 6.x before 2016-11-01 could enable an attacker using a specially crafted payload to execute arbitrary code in the context of an unprivileged process. This issue is rated as High due to the possibility of remote code execution in an application that uses the Android runtime. Android ID: A-30765246.
A remote code execution vulnerability in libjpeg in Android 4.x before 4.4.4, 5.0.x before 5.0.2, and 5.1.x before 5.1.1 could enable an attacker using a specially crafted file to execute arbitrary code in the context of an unprivileged process. This issue is rated as High due to the possibility of remote code execution in an application that uses libjpeg. Android ID: A-30259087.
A remote code execution vulnerability in libskia in Android 7.0 before 2016-11-01 could enable an attacker using a specially crafted file to cause memory corruption during media file and data processing. This issue is rated as High due to the possibility of remote code execution within the context of the gallery process. Android ID: A-30190637.
An issue was discovered in phpMyAdmin. phpMyAdmin can be used to trigger a remote code execution attack against certain PHP installations that are running with the dbase extension. All 4.6.x versions (prior to 4.6.4), 4.4.x versions (prior to 4.4.15.8), and 4.0.x versions (prior to 4.0.10.17) are affected.
Microsoft Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 Gold and R2, Windows 10 Gold and 1511, and Microsoft Edge allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted PDF document, aka "Windows PDF Remote Code Execution Vulnerability."
Microsoft Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2, and Windows 10 Gold and 1511 mishandle DLL loading, which allows local users to gain privileges via a crafted application, aka "DLL Loading Remote Code Execution Vulnerability."
OLE in Microsoft Windows Vista SP2, Windows Server 2008 SP2 and R2 SP1, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 Gold and R2, and Windows RT 8.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted file, aka "Windows OLE Remote Code Execution Vulnerability."
Internet Information Services (IIS) in Microsoft Windows Vista SP2 and Server 2008 SP2 mishandles library loading, which allows local users to gain privileges via a crafted application, aka "Windows DLL Loading Remote Code Execution Vulnerability."
Windows Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
Joplin is a free, open source note taking and to-do application. A remote code execution (RCE) vulnerability in affected versions allows clicking on a link in a PDF in an untrusted note to execute arbitrary shell commands. Clicking links in PDFs allows for arbitrary code execution because Joplin desktop: 1. has not disabled top redirection for note viewer iframes, and 2. and has node integration enabled. This is a remote code execution vulnerability that impacts anyone who attaches untrusted PDFs to notes and has the icon enabled. This issue has been addressed in version 2.13.3. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.
The built-in SSH server of Gogs through 0.13.0 allows argument injection in internal/ssh/ssh.go, leading to remote code execution. Authenticated attackers can exploit this by opening an SSH connection and sending a malicious --split-string env request if the built-in SSH server is activated. Windows installations are unaffected.
| D-Link Multiple Routers cli Command Injection Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows network-adjacent attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of D-Link DIR-1260 and DIR-2150 routers. Authentication is required to exploit this vulnerability.
The specific flaw exists within the CLI service, which listens on TCP port 23. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of a user-supplied string before using it to execute a system call. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of root.

projeqtor up to 11.2.0 was discovered to contain a remote code execution (RCE) vulnerability via the component /view/print.php.
The telnet URI handler in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 through 9 does not properly launch the handler application, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary programs via a crafted web site, aka "Telnet Handler Remote Code Execution Vulnerability."
