CVSS v3.1 |
| A specially crafted pair of WS-Policy documents can force Neethi's policy-intersection to do exponential amounts of work, pinning the CPU for a long time (denial of service).
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.2.4, which fixes this issue. |
| redis-parser through 3.0.0 fails to validate the multi-bulk length value in RESP protocol parsing, allowing attackers to trigger an uncaught RangeError by supplying an excessively large declared length. A malicious or compromised Redis endpoint can deliver a crafted RESP header with a length above 2^32-1 to crash the Node.js client process. |
| Uncontrolled Resource Consumption (CWE-400 / CWE-1333) in regex search query predicates (such as RegexProjectPredicate, RegexRefPredicate, RegexPathPredicate, and sibling predicates) and REST regex filter endpoints (RegexListSearcher /projects/?r= and RefFilter /projects/{project}/branches/?r=) in Gerrit Code Review versions 2.1.6 through 3.12.9, 3.13.0 through 3.13.8, and 3.14.0 through 3.14.2 allows an unauthenticated remote attacker (or an authenticated user if anonymous read access is disabled) to cause a denial of service (CPU starvation and JVM heap exhaustion / OutOfMemoryError) via crafted search queries or REST API requests containing regular expressions with large counted repetitions or exponential DFA determinization patterns. Because the user-supplied regular expression is compiled into an unbounded dk.brics.automaton instance (new RegExp(re).toAutomaton()) on the request thread prior to index evaluation or access control visibility filtering, trivial queries can exhaust JVM heap or pin request threads regardless of heap size. This issue is fixed in Gerrit Code Review versions 3.12.10, 3.13.9, and 3.14.3. |
| Vector is a high-performance observability data pipeline. From 0.15.0 until 0.57.0, the logstash source reads a 32-bit compressed-frame length from the network and uses it to size an in-memory buffer without an upper bound. An unauthenticated remote peer that can reach the default 0.0.0.0:5044 listener can send a minimal frame declaring a multi-gigabyte payload, causing an excessive allocation that can abort Vector or invoke the host OOM killer. Because the allocation follows the declared length rather than bytes transmitted, the attacker has low resource cost, and process termination can halt log ingestion for every tenant on a shared pipeline. This issue is fixed in version 0.57.0. |
| Prototype pollution in csv parsing logic during import can lead to untrusted file paths (but not arguments) entering shell.openExternal after specific user behavior leading to "1-click" command execution. |
| An inefficient regular expression complexity issue in the in-memory query evaluation component of the Mongoid library may allow an unauthenticated party to cause excessive processing within an embedding application process. Applications that place user-supplied text into a pattern-matching query condition on an embedded association may become unresponsive. |
| Incorrect calculation of buffer size vulnerability in Altera Trusted Firmware on HPS allows Overflow Buffers.
This issue affects Trusted Firmware: through socfpga_v2.14.0. |
| An incorrect buffer size calculation in the epoch key generator in OpenVPN ovpn-dco-win version 2.0.0 through 2.8.3 allows a remote authenticated peer to trigger a heap-based buffer overflow and kernel memory corruption via a crafted data packet, resulting in a system crash (denial of service). |
| argocd-mcp 0.8.0 binds its HTTP transport to every network interface and accepts MCP sessions without requiring caller credentials when ARGOCD_API_TOKEN is configured. Attackers who can reach the listener can invoke the full tool surface using the operator's stored token to create applications, request syncs, and modify Argo CD resources. |
| JLine is a Java library for handling console input. From 3.0.0 until 3.30.15 and 4.3.1, the JLine built-in less viewer passes user-controlled search and display-filter patterns from getPattern(boolean doDisplayPattern) in builtins/src/main/java/org/jline/builtins/Less.java directly to Java's backtracking regular expression engine and repeatedly applies them to file content. A nested-quantifier expression evaluated against non-matching lines can consume excessive CPU and indefinitely block the session thread, and repeated sessions in Telnet or SSH deployments can exhaust a bounded worker pool. This issue is fixed in versions 3.30.15 and 4.3.1. |
| ZohoCorp ManageEngine OpManager, NetFlow Analyzer, and Network Configuration Manager versions 12.8.667 and below were vulnerable to a Server-Side Template Injection vulnerability in Configlet processing, which could lead to Remote Code Execution. |
| mammoth (aka mammoth.js) before 1.12.2 is vulnerable to prototype pollution when reading the styles defined in a document. Converting a crafted .docx file allows an attacker to add arbitrary properties to Object.prototype. In 1.11.0 through 1.12.1, applications that convert further documents in the same process and return the converted HTML can also disclose the contents of local server files (to the party supplying the documents) by setting externalFileAccess to true. |
| Solspace Freeform plugin for Craft CMS 5.x is a super flexible form-building tool. From 5.0.0 through 5.10.13, submitted values from public Freeform forms can be evaluated by the isolated Twig renderer when rendered into HTML attributes. An unauthenticated attacker can place Twig expressions in submitted field values, including value attributes, and receive evaluated PHP, operating-system, or Craft filesystem-path constants in the form response. The isolated context was not shown to expose Craft globals, environment variables, credentials, arbitrary files, or code execution, so the confirmed impact is limited server and environment information disclosure and possible rendering errors. This issue is fixed in version 5.10.14. |
| A flaw was found in Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform's automation-
controller. The setting that formats the log message emitted for API 4XX errors
is an administrator-controlled Python format-string template that is rendered
with a live user object as an argument. Because Python string formatting permits
attribute and item traversal on its arguments, an administrator can craft a
template that walks from the user object into the application settings and reads
the Django secret key and the database password. The formatted message is written
to a logger that can be forwarded to an external log aggregator, whose destination
is also administrator-controlled, allowing the secrets to be sent off the host. An
authenticated administrator can thereby obtain the master encryption key used to
protect all stored credentials and the database service password, enabling offline
decryption of every stored credential, forgery of user sessions, and direct
access to the controller database. |
| A unit confusion in BusyBox TLS Montgomery reduction buffer allocation causes a pre-authentication heap buffer overflow when processing a crafted ClientKeyExchange message. |
| Improper handling of length parameter inconsistency vulnerability in Apache Tomcat allows WebSocket message smuggling when per-message-deflate is used.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.25, from 10.1.0-M1 through 10.1.59, from 9.0.0.M1 through 9.0.121.
The following versions were EOS at the time the CVE was created but are known to be affected: from 8.5.0 through 8.5.100, from 7.0.56 through 7.0.109. Other unsupported versions may also be affected.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.26, 10.1.60 or 9.1.22, which fix the issue. |
| scim-patch is a library for applying SCIM patch operations. Prior to 0.9.2, navigate() reads inherited properties and assign() uses prototype-chain membership checks while resolving attacker-controlled SCIM PATCH paths. A path or one of the dotted value keys beginning with an inherited property such as toString can therefore traverse into a shared built-in function object and add attacker-controlled properties, causing process-global mutation that may affect application logic reading inherited-method properties. This issue is fixed in version 0.9.2. |
| Improperly controlled sequential memory allocation vulnerability in Samsung Open Source rlottie allows Exponential Data Expansion. |
| Soup Sieve is a CSS selector library designed to be used with Beautiful Soup 4. Prior to 2.9, selector_iter in src/soupsieve/css_parser.py trims the raw selector with RE_WS_END, an end-anchored WSC whitespace-and-comment expression used with search(), so the regular expression engine retries a greedy scan at every starting offset. An attacker-controlled valid selector containing a long internal whitespace run, or a selector containing a long CSS comment run followed by another token, causes quadratic CPU work before tokenization. User-controlled selectors can reach the path through soupsieve.compile() and BeautifulSoup.select(), while applications using only hard-coded selectors are unaffected. This root cause is separate from the IDENTIFIER and VALUE backtracking vulnerability because the cost occurs in RE_WS_END.search during trimming rather than token matching. The resulting CPU consumption can hold the Python GIL, exhaust workers, and stall a service without causing memory corruption or code execution. The issue is fixed in version 2.9. |
| ImageMagick before 7.1.2-31 contains a policy bypass vulnerability in the UHDR encoder that fails to perform policy checks during buffer allocation for image pixels. Attackers can bypass resource policies by processing specially crafted UHDR images, potentially causing denial of service through excessive memory allocation. |
