CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/virtio: use the DMA API for resource backing on Xen
On a Xen PV domain page addresses bear no relation to the real machine
addresses the host would have to use to reach it.
virtio_ring.c handles this correctly, vring_use_map_api() returns true
for any xen_domain() regardless of VIRTIO_F_ACCESS_PLATFORM.
virtio-gpu makes the same decision independently, but its copy
looks only at the feature bit:
bool use_dma_api = !virtio_has_dma_quirk(vgdev->vdev);
QEMU does not set iommu_platform on virtio-vga by default, so
VIRTIO_F_ACCESS_PLATFORM is not negotiated, use_dma_api is false, and
virtio_gpu_object_shmem_init() describes the framebuffer's backing pages
to the host with sg_phys(). Those are guest-physical addresses. In a PV
domain they resolve, on the host side, to pages belonging to some other
domain, so the host scans out unrelated memory.
Move the decision into virtio_gpu_use_dma_api() and give it the
xen_domain() check, like vring_use_map_api() has. This
additionally enables the dma_sync_sgtable_for_device() calls in
virtgpu_vq.c, which are required for correctness whenever swiotlb
is in play.
Reproduced with a Xen 4.21 PV dom0 nested inside QEMU 8.2 with
virtio-vga, on both a distro 6.8 kernel and 6.18 LTS. A PVH dom0
works fine and doesn't need this fix because it is identity-mapped,
only PV dom0s are affected. |
| virtualenv is a tool for creating isolated virtual python environments. Prior to 21.14.9, PipInvoke.get_pip_install_cmd() handles --seeder pip --download by calling get_wheel(download=False) and then allowing pip to consult the configured index, bypassing virtualenv's download_wheel() and verify_wheel_digest() path. When virtualenv's default-index PyPI digest comparison remains enabled, an index candidate matching the bundled package and version can therefore be selected without comparison to PyPI SHA-256 metadata. Explicit custom-index settings already opt out of that comparison and remain outside this verification-bypass claim; the demonstrated configuration used a non-PyPI index while leaving the index environment variables unset so the comparison policy remained active. This condition does not independently defeat TLS or establish control of the index response. This issue is fixed in version 21.14.9. |
| ** UNSUPPORTED WHEN ASSIGNED ** Exposure of sensitive system information to an unauthorized control sphere vulnerability in Apache Cocoon. An unauthenticated user could gain access to diagnostic interfaces, including triggering of cache, exposure of (verbose) debug logging and profile information.
This issue affects Apache Cocoon: all versions.
As this project is retired, we do not plan to release a version that fixes this issue. Users are recommended to find an alternative or restrict access to the instance to trusted users.
NOTE: This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. |
| Nginx UI is a web user interface for the Nginx web server. From 2.0.0 until 2.5.0, the self-upgrade mechanism validates a downloaded binary only with a same-origin digest obtained from the same upgrade mirror. A compromised mirror or network attacker able to alter both responses can supply a malicious executable and matching digest. An operator-triggered upgrade is required, and the application installs and runs the attacker-controlled code in the Nginx UI process context on the next upgrade. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.0. |
| In the Eclipse Adoptium website (adoptium.net), in every deployment built from commit 0b24ea1 (2025-06-18) up to the fix in commit cbb53cf (2026-09-24), the post-download page /[locale]/download takes a download URL from the "link" query parameter and automatically navigates to it with a meta http-equiv="refresh". The URL is checked against a list of trusted prefixes using String.startsWith() on the raw string, while the browser applies RFC 3986 dot-segment normalisation before navigating, so a value such as https://github.com/adoptium/temurin/../../attacker/malware/releases/download/v1/jdk.exe passes the check but resolves to an attacker-controlled repository. A victim who follows a crafted adoptium.net link is shown the genuine "Thank you for downloading Eclipse Temurin" page while their browser downloads a binary of the attacker's choosing |
| EnergizeLab AI Station firmware, EilikO Linux robot firmware v2.1_20260617182218_release, and the EnergizeLab Windows desktop app 3.1.2 download firmware updates over plain HTTP and do not verify their integrity or authenticity. An attacker able to intercept or modify the traffic can substitute a malicious update. |
| Exposure of Sensitive System Information to an Unauthorized Control Sphere vulnerability in AREOI All Bootstrap Blocks all-bootstrap-blocks allows Retrieve Embedded Sensitive Data.This issue affects All Bootstrap Blocks: from n/a through 1.3.31. |
| A flaw was found in oc-mirror's legacy v1 catalog cache rebuild. When the --build-catalog-cache flag is used, oc-mirror extracts an opm binary from the remote operator catalog image and executes it on the host without verifying its signature, digest, or integrity. An attacker who publishes a malicious catalog image to a registry could supply a trojanized opm binary that is executed with the privileges of the user running oc-mirror, resulting in arbitrary code execution on the mirroring host. |
| GitPython before 3.2.0 contains an information disclosure vulnerability that allows malicious repositories to expand environment variables via separate_git_dir in Repo._clone(), which omits expand_vars=False when calling Git.polish_url(). Attackers can craft a .gitmodules submodule name containing variable syntax so that clone plus submodule_update exposes secrets in .git/modules directory names and DEBUG logs. |
| Tronclass developed by WisdomGarden has a Sensitive Data Exposure vulnerability. Authenticated remote attackers can bypass anonymous grading restrictions and obtain anonymous student information. |
| Exposure of sensitive information to an unauthorized actor in Windows Client Side Caching driver (csc.sys) allows an authorized attacker to disclose information locally. |
| In nltk version 3.9.4, the `nltk.downloader.Downloader._download_package()` function writes downloaded package bytes to disk and may extract them before enforcing SHA-256 or MD5 checksum validation. This allows an attacker to tamper with the package response body for `info.url` through a compromised mirror, malicious proxy, or other source-substitution condition, leading to the installation of attacker-controlled package bytes. The vulnerability can result in malicious corpus or model content being trusted by downstream users or applications. |
| The OTRS Agent Frontend configuration endpoint can be accessed without authentication. This allows unauthenticated remote users to retrieve internal application configuration that is intended for use by the authenticated Agent Frontend. The exposed information may include configured frontend routes and their associated authorization groups, authentication configuration, enabled product features, third-party integration settings, and other implementation details.
The exposed configuration does not directly contain user credentials or provide unauthorized modification of the OTRS configuration. However, the disclosed information may assist an attacker in fingerprinting the affected OTRS installation and identifying enabled functionality or security-relevant configuration that could be used to prepare further attacks.
This issue affects OTRS:
* 8.0.X
* 2023.X
* 2024.X
* 2025.X
* 2026.X before 2026.7.X |
| Claude Code is an agentic coding tool. Prior to 2.1.179, the Claude Code and Claude Desktop plugin installation flow runs git checkout for a marketplace-pinned commit without verifying that the resulting HEAD equals the pinned 40-character SHA. An attacker who controls a plugin repository on a Git host that permits SHA-shaped branch names can create a branch named after the reviewed commit, causing checkout to select the branch tip and install attacker-controlled plugin code. Exploitation requires a user to install the malicious plugin and pin it to the ostensibly safe hash. This issue is fixed in version 2.1.179. |
| Dell Secure Connect Gateway (SCG) Policy Manager, versions prior to 5.34.00.16, Versions prior to 5.36, contains a Download of Code Without Integrity Check vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Code execution, Information disclosure, Information tampering, and Protection mechanism bypass. |
| The Linux kernel before 5.17.9 allows TCP servers to identify clients by observing what source ports are used. This occurs because of use of Algorithm 4 ("Double-Hash Port Selection Algorithm") of RFC 6056. |
| Powerlevel10k through 1.20.0 contains an insecure download vulnerability in the gitstatus/install script that disables TLS certificate verification with curl -k and skips integrity checks when no SHA-256 utility exists. Network-positioned attackers can intercept the github.com mirror request and substitute a malicious archive, which runs as the gitstatusd daemon under the user's account on every prompt. |
| MOOS essential-moos pAntler through 10.0.1 contains a remote code execution vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary programs by publishing a crafted MISSION_FILE message to the MOOSDB. Attackers can publish a mission file containing malicious Run entries that pAntler parses and executes via execvp() without authentication validation. |
| Exposure of Sensitive System Information to an Unauthorized Control Sphere vulnerability in Dotstore WooCommerce Product Attachment woo-product-attachment allows Retrieve Embedded Sensitive Data.This issue affects WooCommerce Product Attachment: from n/a through 2.3.4. |
| No authentication is required when updating firmware or bootloader, making it easy for malicious files to be pushed to the device. Additionally, anyone with the same software can scan a network for N-Tron devices and push/pull firmware without authenticating by using SNMP/TFTP. |
