CVSS v3.1 |
| WebEOC before 6.0.2 uses a weak encryption scheme for passwords, which makes it easier for attackers to crack passwords. |
| Microsoft SQL Server 6.0 through 2000, with SQL Authentication enabled, uses weak password encryption (XOR), which allows remote attackers to sniff and decrypt the password. |
| Click2Learn Ingenium Learning Management System 5.1 and 6.1 uses weak encryption for passwords (reversible algorithm), which allows attackers to obtain passwords. |
| Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL) Integrated Dialer Software 1.2.000, when the "Save Password" option is used, stores the password with a weak encryption scheme (one-to-one mapping) in a registry key, which allows local users to obtain and decrypt the password. |
| NewsReactor 1.0 uses a weak encryption scheme, which could allow local users to decrypt the passwords and gain access to other users' newsgroup accounts. |
| TeeKai Tracking Online 1.0 uses weak encryption of web usage statistics in data/userlog/log.txt, which allows remote attackers to identify IP's visiting the site by dividing each octet by the MD5 hash of '20'. |
| Sharp Zaurus PDA SL-5000D and SL-5500 uses a salt of "A0" to encrypt the screen-locking password as stored in the Security.conf file, which makes it easier for local users to guess the password via brute force methods. |
| Electronic Code Book (ECB) mode in VTun 2.0 through 2.5 uses a weak encryption algorithm that produces the same ciphertext from the same plaintext blocks, which could allow remote attackers to gain sensitive information. |
| Spectrum Cash Receipting System before 6.504 uses weak cryptography (static substitution) in the PASSFILE password file, which makes it easier for local users to gain privileges by decrypting a password. |
| The default configuration on OpenSSL before 0.9.8 uses MD5 for creating message digests instead of a more cryptographically strong algorithm, which makes it easier for remote attackers to forge certificates with a valid certificate authority signature. |
| Use of Hard-coded Cryptographic Key vulnerability in Apache OpenMeetings.
The remember-me cookie encryption key is set to default value in openmeetings.properties and not being auto-rotated. In case OM admin hasn't changed the default encryption key, an attacker who has stolen a cookie from a logged-in user can get full user credentials.
This issue affects Apache OpenMeetings: from 6.1.0 before 9.0.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 9.0.0, which fixes the issue. |
| The Fedora Secure Boot CA certificate shipped with shim in Fedora was expired which could lead to old or invalid signed boot components being loaded. |
| A vulnerability was identified in coze-studio up to 0.2.4. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file backend/domain/plugin/encrypt/aes.go. The manipulation of the argument AuthSecretKey/StateSecretKey/OAuthTokenSecretKey leads to use of hard-coded cryptographic key
. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The attack is considered to have high complexity. The exploitability is regarded as difficult. To fix this issue, it is recommended to deploy a patch. The vendor replied to the GitHub issue (translated from simplified Chinese): "For scenarios requiring encryption, we will implement user-defined key management through configuration and optimize the use of encryption tools, such as random salt." |
| A flaw has been found in editso fuso up to 1.0.4-beta.7. This affects the function PenetrateRsaAndAesHandshake of the file src/net/penetrate/handshake/mod.rs. This manipulation of the argument priv_key causes inadequate encryption strength. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. A high degree of complexity is needed for the attack. The exploitability is reported as difficult. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in FNKvision Y215 CCTV Camera 10.194.120.40. This issue affects the function crypt of the file /etc/passwd. The manipulation leads to use of weak hash. The attack can only be performed from a local environment. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitability is assessed as difficult. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| The vulnerability, if exploited, could allow a miscreant with read
access to Edge Project files or Edge Offline Cache files to reverse
engineer Edge users' app-native or Active Directory passwords through
computational brute-forcing of weak hashes. |
| Padding oracle attack vulnerability in Oberon microsystem AG’s ocrypto library in all versions since 3.1.0 and prior to 3.9.2 allows an attacker to recover plaintexts via timing measurements of AES-CBC PKCS#7 decrypt operations. |
| Use of Hard-coded Cryptographic Key vulnerability in ABB RMC-100, ABB RMC-100 LITE.
When the REST interface is enabled by the user, and an attacker gains access to
source code and control network, the attacker can bypass the REST interface authentication and gain access to MQTT configuration data.
This issue affects RMC-100: from 2105457-043 through 2105457-045; RMC-100 LITE: from 2106229-015 through 2106229-016. |
| Use of Hard-coded Cryptographic Key vulnerability in ABB RMC-100, ABB RMC-100 LITE.
An attacker can gain access to salted information to decrypt MQTT information.
This issue affects RMC-100: from 2105457-043 through 2105457-045; RMC-100 LITE: from 2106229-015 through 2106229-016. |
| Unitree Go2, G1, H1, and B2 devices through 2025-09-20 decrypt BLE packet data by using the df98b715d5c6ed2b25817b6f2554124a key and the 2841ae97419c2973296a0d4bdfe19a4f IV. |
