CVSS v3.1 |
| When OpenID sign-in is enabled, Gitea accepts a user-supplied OpenID URL and performs discovery requests without validating the destination against internal network addresses. An unauthenticated remote attacker can cause the server to contact loopback or private-network HTTP services. This can expose internal service behavior and enable interaction with resources that are not directly reachable by the attacker. |
| ethernet_recv() in subsys/net/l2/ethernet/ethernet.c validates only that the first net_buf of a received frame holds a plain 14-byte struct net_eth_hdr. When the ethertype is 0x8100 and VLAN is enabled on the interface, the same buffer is reinterpreted as the 18-byte struct net_eth_vlan_hdr without re-checking the length: the VLAN TCI and the inner ethertype are read from offsets 14..17, past pkt->buffer->len, and hdr_len is raised to 18 so the subsequent net_buf_pull() removes more bytes than the buffer holds.
A single unauthenticated frame of 14 to 17 bytes carrying the VLAN ethertype triggers this. No knowledge of the node's VLAN configuration is needed: net_eth_get_vlan_iface() returns the base interface for the priority tag 0, and a broadcast destination address satisfies the "frame is for me" test, so a 16-byte broadcast frame with ethertype 0x8100 and TCI 0x0000 reaches the pull. Nothing in the receive path enforces the 60-byte Ethernet minimum — the USB CDC ECM and CDC NCM gadget classes in particular hand host-supplied frames of any non-zero length straight to net_recv_data().
With assertions enabled, net_buf_simple_pull() asserts and the node panics. In a production build (assertions and CONFIG_NET_BUF_HARDENING off) the uint16_t buffer length underflows to 65534 and buf->data is advanced past the end of the fragment's storage, so every later parser reads far outside the buffer and any net_buf_add() on that fragment computes tailroom from the underflowed length. The result is a reliable remote denial of service and out-of-bounds access with information-disclosure and corruption potential.
Only configurations built with CONFIG_NET_VLAN=y that have a VLAN enabled on the receiving Ethernet interface, and whose MAC does not strip VLAN tags in hardware (ETHERNET_HW_VLAN_TAG_STRIP), are affected. The fix rejects the frame before the tag is read, so hdr_len is thereafter either 14 or 18 with both sizes validated against pkt->buffer->len. |
| A path traversal vulnerability has been reported to affect Qsync Central. If a remote attacker gains a user account, they can then exploit the vulnerability to read the contents of unexpected files or system data.
We have already fixed the vulnerability in the following version:
Qsync Central 5.0.0.7 and later
Qsync Central 5.1.0.3 and later
Qsync Central 5.2.0.5 and later
Qsync Central 5.3.0.2 and later |

| Mattermost versions 11.9.x <= 11.9.1, 11.8.x <= 11.8.5, 11.7.x <= 11.7.10, 11.10.x <= 11.10.1 fail to invalidate the stored AD/LDAP bind password when other connection settings (such as the server address) are changed, which allows a System Console administrator to disclose the plaintext bind password to an attacker-controlled server via the Test Connection / diagnostics feature. | Mattermost versions 11.10.x <= 11.10.0, 11.9.x <= 11.9.1, 11.8.x <= 11.8.5, 11.7.x <= 11.7.10 fail to cap the number and size of mention keys stored in a user's notification properties, and to bound the quadratic multibyte-keyword matching performed for each post, which allows an authenticated user to degrade post-processing latency and consume excessive CPU on behalf of other members of any channel they share via storing an oversized notify_props.mention_keys list on their own profile.. | Mattermost versions 11.9.x <= 11.9.1, 11.8.x <= 11.8.5, 11.7.x <= 11.7.10, 11.10.x <= 11.10.1 fail to sanitize the active channel field returned by the user status API endpoints, which allows an authenticated user to learn the channel ID of a private channel another user is actively viewing via the status endpoints, without being a member of that channel. | Roncoo-pay through commit 9428382 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in F2FPayController.orderQuery that allows unauthenticated attackers to retrieve payment records by supplying a trxNo parameter. Attackers can guess transaction numbers, a '7' prefix plus a snowflake ID, to obtain the full serialized payment record of any merchant. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Office allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows NTLM allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Use after free in Windows Installer allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| IBM WebSphere Application Server - Liberty 17.0.0.3 through 26.0.0.9 could allow a Reader-role attacker to obtain version information that causes an uncaught exception. |
| Authorization bypass through User-Controlled key vulnerability in HYPR Passwordless on Windows allows Privilege Escalation.
This issue affects HYPR Passwordless: before 11.3.3. |
| Untrusted pointer dereference in RPC Runtime allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Chaskiq through 2.0.3 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to fetch arbitrary URLs via the createUrlUpload GraphQL mutation. Attackers can submit internal URLs, including cloud instance metadata endpoints, through POST /graphql and retrieve the full response via the returned ActiveStorage blob URL. |
| APIPark through 1.9.7-beta contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows authenticated team managers to access other teams' services and applications by supplying their own team id in the team query parameter. Attackers can target service or app ids exposed by /api/v1/simple/services and /api/v1/simple/apps to read, modify, or delete other teams' services and applications via /api/v1/service/info and /api/v1/app endpoints. |
| Magistrala through 1.0.0 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows authenticated workspace members to view, issue, and revoke other tenants' device certificates by supplying foreign serials or entity ids. Attackers can call RevokeBySerial, RevokeAll, ViewCert, ListCerts, or IssueCert under their own workspace path to disconnect other tenants' devices, disclose certificates, and mint CA-signed certificates for their device ids. |
| Improper access control in Microsoft Local Security Authority Server (lsasrv) allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Huly Platform through 0.7.432 contains a missing authorization vulnerability that allows any authenticated user to merge arbitrary persons by calling the mergeSpecifiedPersons account RPC. Attackers knowing two person UUIDs can graft attacker-controlled unverified social ids onto a victim person, then use login or password recovery to take over the victim account. |
