| CVE-2024-42484 | 1 Espressif | 1 Esp-now | 2026-04-15 | 6.5 Medium |
| ESP-NOW Component provides a connectionless Wi-Fi communication protocol. An Out-of-Bound (OOB) vulnerability was discovered in the implementation of the ESP-NOW group type message because there is no check for the addrs_num field of the group type message. This can result in memory corruption related attacks. Normally there are two fields in the group information that need to be checked, i.e., the addrs_num field and the addrs_list fileld. Since we only checked the addrs_list field, an attacker can send a group type message with an invalid addrs_num field, which will cause the message handled by the firmware to be much larger than the current buffer, thus causing a memory corruption issue that goes beyond the payload length. | ||||
| CVE-2020-26312 | 2026-04-15 | 8.1 High | ||
| Dotmesh is a git-like command-line interface for capturing, organizing and sharing application states. In versions 0.8.1 and prior, the unsafe handling of symbolic links in an unpacking routine may enable attackers to read and/or write to arbitrary locations outside the designated target folder. The routine `untarFile` attempts to guard against creating symbolic links that point outside the directory a tar archive is extracted to. However, a malicious tarball first linking `subdir/parent` to `..` (allowed, because `subdir/..` falls within the archive root) and then linking `subdir/parent/escapes` to `..` results in a symbolic link pointing to the tarball’s parent directory, contrary to the routine’s goals. This issue may lead to arbitrary file write (with same permissions as the program running the unpack operation) if the attacker can control the archive file. Additionally, if the attacker has read access to the unpacked files, they may be able to read arbitrary system files the parent process has permissions to read. As of time of publication, no patch for this issue is available. | ||||

Case in point: for a single-byte symlink target, forkoff will be 8 but the buffer will only be 2 bytes long. In other words, the logic here is wrong and we walk off the end of the incore buffer. Fix that. | ||||
| CVE-2023-45896 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-04-15 | 7.1 High |
| ntfs3 in the Linux kernel through 6.8.0 allows a physically proximate attacker to read kernel memory by mounting a filesystem (e.g., if a Linux distribution is configured to allow unprivileged mounts of removable media) and then leveraging local access to trigger an out-of-bounds read. A length value can be larger than the amount of memory allocated. NOTE: the supplier's perspective is that there is no vulnerability when an attack requires an attacker-modified filesystem image. | ||||

| CVE-2024-36114 | 2026-04-15 | 8.6 High | ||
| Aircompressor is a library with ports of the Snappy, LZO, LZ4, and Zstandard compression algorithms to Java. All decompressor implementations of Aircompressor (LZ4, LZO, Snappy, Zstandard) can crash the JVM for certain input, and in some cases also leak the content of other memory of the Java process (which could contain sensitive information). When decompressing certain data, the decompressors try to access memory outside the bounds of the given byte arrays or byte buffers. Because Aircompressor uses the JDK class `sun.misc.Unsafe` to speed up memory access, no additional bounds checks are performed and this has similar security consequences as out-of-bounds access in C or C++, namely it can lead to non-deterministic behavior or crash the JVM. Users should update to Aircompressor 0.27 or newer where these issues have been fixed. When decompressing data from untrusted users, this can be exploited for a denial-of-service attack by crashing the JVM, or to leak other sensitive information from the Java process. There are no known workarounds for this issue. | ||||
| CVE-2025-51602 | 1 Videolan | 1 Vlc Media Player | 2026-04-15 | 4.8 Medium |
| mmstu.c in VideoLAN VLC media player before 3.0.22 allows an out-of-bounds read and denial of service via a crafted 0x01 response from an MMS server. | ||||
| CVE-2025-5941 | 1 Netskope | 1 Netskope | 2026-04-15 | N/A |
| Netskope is notified about a potential gap in its agent (NS Client) in which a malicious actor could trigger a memory leak by sending a crafted DNS packet to a machine. A successful exploitation may require administrative privileges on the machine, based on the exact configuration. A successful exploit can potentially result in user-controllable memory being leaked in a domain name stored on the local machine. | ||||
| CVE-2025-9447 | 1 Dassault | 1 Edrawings | 2026-04-15 | 7.8 High |

| Out-of-bounds read for some Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software for Windows before version 23.160 within Ring 2: Device Drivers may allow a denial of service. Unprivileged software adversary with an unauthenticated user combined with a low complexity attack may enable denial of service. This result may potentially occur via adjacent access when attack requirements are present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (high) impacts. | ||||
| CVE-2025-49849 | 2026-04-15 | N/A | ||
| An Out-of-bounds Read vulnerability exists within the parsing of PRJ files. The issues result from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in different memory corruption issues within the application, such as reading and writing past the end of allocated data structures. | ||||
| CVE-2025-3301 | 2026-04-15 | N/A | ||
| DPA countermeasures are unavailable for ECDH key agreement and EdDSA signing operations on Curve25519 and Curve448 on all Series 2 modules and SoCs due to a lack of hardware and software support. A successful DPA attack may result in exposure of confidential information. The best practice is to use the impacted crypto curves and operations with ephemeral keys to reduce the number of DPA traces that can be collected. | ||||
| CVE-2025-54950 | 1 Meta | 1 Executorch | 2026-04-15 | 9.8 Critical |
| An out-of-bounds access vulnerability in the loading of ExecuTorch models can cause the runtime to crash and potentially result in code execution or other undesirable effects. This issue affects ExecuTorch prior to commit b6b7a16df5e7852d976d8c34c8a7e9a1b6f7d005. | ||||
| CVE-2025-54070 | 1 Openzeppelin | 1 Openzeppelin Contracts | 2026-04-15 | N/A |
| OpenZeppelin Contracts is a library for secure smart contract development. Starting in version 5.2.0 and prior to version 5.4.0, the `lastIndexOf(bytes,byte,uint256)` function of the `Bytes.sol` library may access uninitialized memory when the following two conditions hold: 1) the provided buffer length is empty (i.e. `buffer.length == 0`) and position is not `2**256 - 1` (i.e. `pos != type(uint256).max`). The `pos` argument could be used to access arbitrary data outside of the buffer bounds. This could lead to the operation running out of gas, or returning an invalid index (outside of the empty buffer). Processing this invalid result for accessing the `buffer` would cause a revert under normal conditions. When triggered, the function reads memory at offset `buffer + 0x20 + pos`. If memory at that location (outside the `buffer`) matches the search pattern, the function would return an out of bound index instead of the expected `type(uint256).max`. This creates unexpected behavior where callers receive a valid-looking index pointing outside buffer bounds. Subsequent memory accesses that don't check bounds and use the returned index must carefully review the potential impact depending on their setup. Code relying on this function returning `type(uint256).max` for empty buffers or using the returned index without bounds checking could exhibit undefined behavior. Users should upgrade to version 5.4.0 to receive a patch. | ||||
| CVE-2025-32007 | 1 Intel | 1 Tdx Module | 2026-04-15 | 4.4 Medium |
| Out-of-bounds read for some TDX before version tdx module 1.5.24 within Ring 0: Hypervisor may allow an information disclosure. Authorized adversary with a privileged user combined with a low complexity attack may enable data exposure. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (high), integrity (none) and availability (none) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts. | ||||
