CVE-2026-73198 2 Freeipa, Redhat 2 Freeipa, Enterprise Linux 2026-09-24 7.5 High
A flaw was found in FreeIPA. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can exploit a vulnerability in the `/ipa/i18n_messages` endpoint by sending an arbitrarily large request body. This can cause the service to consume excessive memory, leading to memory exhaustion, degraded responsiveness, and a denial of service (DoS) condition.
CVE-2026-49810 1 Dell 1 Command Powershell Provider (dcpp) 2026-09-24 7.8 High
Dell Command Powershell Provider (DCPP), versions prior to 2.10.2 contain an Insertion of Sensitive Information into Log File vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information Disclosure.
CVE-2026-97149 1 Openstack 1 Swift 2026-09-24 N/A
In OpenStack Swift before 2.38.2, the tempurl middleware does not reject the X-Copy-From header on PUT requests. A TempURL signature only covers the method, expiry, and path, and thus the list of disallowed headers is the only defense against a signed PUT request changing what the request does. An attacker holding a PUT TempURL for a single object can add an X-Copy-From header naming any object in the same account; the copy middleware copies that object to the destination, and the attacker then reads the victim's data back with a GET TempURL for the destination object. Copies across account boundaries are rejected. Only deployments using the shipped default proxy pipeline (tempurl and copy middleware) with account-level TempURL keys are affected.
CVE-2026-79678 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Freeipa 2026-09-24 8.1 High
A flaw was found in FreeIPA's idp-add command, where insufficiently validated --organization/--base-url input reaches a constrained eval() call before the corresponding LDAP access control check is enforced. This allows any authenticated IPA principal, regardless of privilege level, to enumerate and read the environment variables of the affected server process and to cause denial of service via memory exhaustion.
CVE-2026-76578 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Freeipa 2026-09-24 9.8 Critical
A flaw was found in FreeIPA. The self-managed OTP token ACI does not require authentication and does not restrict which attributes may be added alongside the token entry. An unauthenticated LDAP client can exploit this, combined with a related flaw in the underlying directory server's ACI evaluation (tracked separately), to create an arbitrary attacker-controlled Kerberos principal and have it added to the administrators group. This allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to obtain genuine FreeIPA administrator-group membership and perform administrative operations against the directory and, on SID-enabled deployments, other IdM services.
CVE-2026-73197 2 Freeipa, Redhat 2 Freeipa, Enterprise Linux 2026-09-24 7.5 High
A flaw was found in FreeIPA. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending oversized form POST requests to the `/ipa/migration/migration.py` endpoint. This can force the migration handler to read attacker-controlled request bodies fully into memory, leading to increased memory usage, slower request handling, and potential service disruption or denial of service.
CVE-2026-19550 2 Freeipa, Redhat 2 Freeipa, Enterprise Linux 2026-09-24 8.2 High
A flaw was found in FreeIPA. The trust-fetch-domains command is gated by a read-only permission on the trust object rather than a trust-administration permission, allowing an authenticated, non-privileged IPA user to trigger a privileged Active Directory trust refresh using an attacker-supplied server and credentials, resulting in unauthorized, attacker-controlled modification of trusted-domain and ID-range identity data in the IPA LDAP directory.
CVE-2026-18147 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Freeipa 2026-09-24 8.1 High
A flaw was found in FreeIPA. An unauthenticated remote attacker could exploit a DOM Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the FreeIPA/IdM Web UI password reset page. By enticing a victim to click a specially crafted link and complete a password reset, the attacker could inject and execute arbitrary JavaScript code. This allows the attacker to perform actions within the victim's authenticated session, potentially leading to full administrative control if an IdM administrator is targeted.
CVE-2026-13097 2 Freeipa, Redhat 2 Freeipa, Enterprise Linux 2026-09-24 8.7 High
A privilege escalation flaw was found in FreeIPA. The uniqueness constraint enforced on Kerberos principal name attributes in the 389-ds directory server does not properly account for equivalent representations of the same principal name, allowing a user with sufficient LDAP write privileges to create a service principal that impersonates an existing privileged one. This can lead to unauthorized acquisition of Kerberos service tickets for sensitive services, potentially resulting in full domain compromise.
CVE-2026-11861 2 Freeipa, Redhat 2 Freeipa, Enterprise Linux 2026-09-24 9.6 Critical
A flaw was found in FreeIPA. When a trust relationship is configured between FreeIPA and Active Directory, Active Directory users can bypass authentication for FreeIPA services, including the portal, SMB server, and LDAP directory. This is possible by impersonating a client name in the Ticket Granting Service (TGS) due to FreeIPA services not verifying Privilege Attribute Certificate (PAC) certificates. This vulnerability could allow an authenticated Active Directory user to escalate their privileges within the FreeIPA domain.
CVE-2025-11395 1 Redhat 4 Enterprise Linux, Hummingbird, Openshift and 1 more 2026-09-24 5.5 Medium
A flaw was found in Podman. If an attacker can pass a crafted tar archive to the `podman load` command, they can create files on the host machine with the privileges of the user running Podman.
CVE-2026-96891 1 D-link 1 Dir-825 2026-09-24 9.8 Critical
A vulnerability was identified in D-Link DIR-825 3.00b32. Affected is the function tunnel_set_params of the file tunnel.c of the component rp-l2tp. The manipulation of the argument peer_hostname  leads to out-of-bounds write. The attack may be initiated remotely.
CVE-2026-92494 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ext4: fix buffer_head leak in ext4_init_orphan_info ext4_init_orphan_info() reads orphan file blocks with ext4_bread() and stores the returned buffer_head in oi->of_binfo[i].ob_bh. If ext4_bread() succeeds but the orphan block magic or checksum validation fails, the function jumps to out_free. However, the old out_free loop starts releasing buffers from i - 1, so the current buffer_head at index i is skipped. This leaks the buffer_head reference obtained by ext4_bread() on the bad magic and bad checksum error paths. Fix this by tracking the number of successfully read buffer_heads and releasing exactly those buffer_heads on the error path.
CVE-2026-93072 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: irqchip/renesas-irqc: Fix generic interrupt chip leak on remove The driver allocates domain generic chips probe. However, on driver removal, the generic chips are not automatically freed when the interrupt domain is removed because the domain flags do not include IRQ_DOMAIN_FLAG_DESTROY_GC. This causes both the domain generic chips structure and the associated generic chips to be leaked. Additionally, the generic chips remain on the global list and may later be accessed by generic interrupt chip suspend, resume, or shutdown callbacks after the driver has been removed, potentially resulting in a use-after-free and kernel crash. Fix the resource leak by setting IRQ_DOMAIN_FLAG_DESTROY_GC on the interrupt domain; this lets the interrupt domain core automatically release all generic chips when irq_domain_remove() is invoked, removing the need for manual cleanup calls in error paths and remove callback.
CVE-2026-93116 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 7 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/x86: asus-wmi: fix resource leaks on probe failure During driver initialization in asus_wmi_add(), various subsystems are registered sequentially. However, the error path labels are out of order relative to the registration sequence. Specifically: 1. If asus_wmi_custom_fan_curve_init() fails, the driver jumps to fail_custom_fan_curve. Because this label is placed below fail_sysfs, it bypasses the cleanup calls for the input device and sysfs groups, which were successfully registered before, leaking those resources. 2. If asus_screenpad_init() fails, the driver jumps to fail_screenpad. Because fail_screenpad is placed below fail_backlight, it bypasses the cleanup calls for backlight and rfkill, leaking those resources. Fix these resource leaks by reordering the error path labels in asus_wmi_add() to match the exact reverse order of the resource allocations.
CVE-2026-96882 1 Talelin 1 Lin-cms-spring-boot 2026-09-24 5.3 Medium
A vulnerability was identified in TaleLin lin-cms-spring-boot up to 0.2.1. Affected by this vulnerability is the function searchBook of the file src/main/java/io/github/talelin/latticy/controller/v1/BookController.java of the component book Endpoint. The manipulation leads to improper authorization. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
CVE-2026-96269 1 Gnu 1 Emacs 2026-09-24 7.8 High
GNU Emacs 28.1 through 31.1 allows arbitrary code execution upon opening a file, because an untrusted value of read-symbol-shorthands affects the intern and unintern functions. This affects the default configuration; no particular user settings are required to trigger it.
CVE-2026-89820 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd/display: fix dc_lock leak on GPU reset error paths On GPU reset, dm_suspend() takes dc_lock and leaves it for dm_resume() to drop. If amdgpu_dm_commit_zero_streams() or dm_dmub_hw_init() fails, the function returns with the lock still held. The matching resume path is then skipped, so every later dc_lock take hangs. Release the cached DC state and unlock before returning the error.
CVE-2026-89862 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: qla2xxx: Fix BSG job leak on validate flash image error path qla28xx_validate_flash_image() returns QLA_SUCCESS (0) unconditionally, telling the FC BSG transport (fc_bsg_host_dispatch()) that the driver owns and will complete the request. But bsg_job_done() is guarded by "if (!rval)", so on the error path (rval == -EINVAL) neither the driver nor the transport completes the job. The request dangles until it times out, leaking block layer resources. Commit c2c68225b145 ("scsi: qla2xxx: Fix bsg_done() causing double free") added the "if (!rval)" guard to a batch of BSG handlers. That is correct for handlers that also return the error code (the transport then completes the job once via fail_host_msg), but this function returns QLA_SUCCESS unconditionally, so the guard turned a correct single completion into a leak. Always call bsg_job_done(): bsg_reply->result is DID_OK and the error is reported in vendor_rsp[0], and since the function returns 0 the transport will not complete the job a second time.
CVE-2026-89886 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-24 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: intel/ipu6: fix async notifier cleanup leak on parse error isys_notifier_init() calls v4l2_async_nf_init() and then adds fwnode remote subdevs in a loop with v4l2_async_nf_add_fwnode_remote(). If an endpoint parse or add fails partway through the loop, it jumps to err_parse and returns without calling v4l2_async_nf_cleanup(), leaking every v4l2_async_connection already added to the notifier's waiting list. The register-failure path just below already cleans up correctly, and the caller only tears the notifier down (isys_notifier_cleanup()) once isys_notifier_init() has returned success. Clean up the notifier on the parse error path too.
