| ArcadeDB (Maven artifact com.arcadedb:arcadedb-engine) through 26.8.1 contains an incomplete deny-list in the polyglot script sandbox: com.arcadedb.query.polyglot.HostClassLookupFilter.DENIED lists java.util.ResourceBundle as a bare class name, which is matched by exact equality and therefore does not cover its subclasses, while ScriptTriggerExecutor.ALLOWED_PACKAGES permits java.util.*. A user with the UPDATE_SCHEMA privilege (sufficient to create or alter a JavaScript trigger; no server-admin rights required) can reference java.util.PropertyResourceBundle or java.util.ListResourceBundle and invoke the inherited static ResourceBundle.getBundle(String) to read .properties resources from the application classpath, which the sandbox (IOAccess.NONE, with java.io.**, java.nio.** and java.net.** denied) is intended to make unreachable. This can disclose packaged application configuration such as database credentials and API keys; the advisory states the issue does not provide arbitrary host filesystem read or remote code execution. Fixed in 26.9.1. |
| MDC is a tool to take regular Markdown and write documents interacting deeply with a Vue component. Prior to 0.22.1, @nuxtjs/mdc uses parseMarkdown with allowDangerousHtml enabled by default and relies on validateProps, validateProp, and unsafeLinkPrefix to remove executable URLs from untrusted Markdown. validateProp checks only attributes named href or src, allowing an SVG xlink:href value represented as xLinkHref to retain a javascript: URL that executes in the page origin when selected. The data:text/html denylist entries are also compared against url.protocol, which is only data:, so an iframe src containing data:text/html survives sanitization and executes in an opaque origin when loaded. Plain href javascript: URLs, srcdoc, object, script, and base elements are already blocked, making these two paths specific sibling gaps in the sanitizer. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.1. |

| vm2 versions 3.11.4 through 3.11.6 incompletely filter Node.js registered internal symbols across the sandbox boundary. The extraction filters in lib/setup-sandbox.js and the cross-realm symbol checks and write traps in lib/bridge.js use a fixed list of known dangerous registered symbols that omits nodejs.stream.disturbed and nodejs.stream.errored, which are exposed on host WebStream prototypes on newer Node.js releases (validated on Node.js v25.8.0). When the embedder exposes a host WebStream object and the host stream/web module to the sandbox, sandbox code can obtain the real host symbols via Object.getOwnPropertySymbols(streamWeb.ReadableStream.prototype) and use them as write keys on host stream objects, corrupting host-visible stream state — for example making stream.Readable.isDisturbed() return false for an already-consumed stream. This can bypass host logic that relies on Node's public stream-state helpers to enforce one-shot body consumption, reject errored streams, or decide whether a stream is safe to hand to another component. It is not a host code-execution primitive in the reported proof of vulnerability. This is an incomplete fix for the earlier nodejs.* symbol filtering issue. Fixed in vm2 3.11.7. |
| PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From 1.4.0 until 1.7.2, codeMode in src/praisonai-ts/src/tools/builtins/code-mode.ts executes untrusted JavaScript with new Function() inside with(sandbox) and relies on a small source-code blocklist plus shadowed process and require properties. Code can use ({}).constructor.constructor to recover the real Function constructor, obtain process and process.mainModule.require, and reach host filesystem and subprocess APIs despite the advertised sandbox. Attackers who control codeMode input can read secrets, modify files, execute commands, or exhaust the host process. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.2. |

| Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.3, the mitigation for CVE-2025-8943 blocked -y and --yes flags on npx, but packages/components/nodes/tools/MCP/core.ts denied only PATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH, and NODE_OPTIONS by exact environment-variable name. Because npm reads configuration from npm_config_* variables, setting npm_config_yes=true reproduced --yes behavior without using a blocked flag, causing npx to auto-install and execute the named package when a Custom MCP server launched. This issue is fixed in version 3.1.3. |
| Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.3, Flowise validatePythonCodeForDataFrame in packages/components/src/pythonCodeValidator.ts can be bypassed with Unicode homoglyph identifiers, allowing arbitrary Python execution inside Pyodide and full OS command execution on the Flowise host via Pyodide js module interop. The validator gates pyodide.runPythonAsync in packages/components/nodes/agents/CSVAgent/CSVAgent.ts and packages/components/nodes/agents/AirtableAgent/AirtableAgent.ts with an ASCII word-boundary blacklist. JavaScript regex word boundaries are ASCII-only, while Python 3 NFKC-normalizes identifiers at parse time, so homoglyph forms such as __cl𝐚ss__, __subcl𝐚sses__, __b𝐚se__, and __b𝐮iltins__ bypass the blacklist and are parsed as their ASCII equivalents. This issue is fixed in version 3.1.3. |

| Roo-Code through 3.54.0 contains an auto-approve bypass vulnerability in the shell command parsing logic that allows attackers to execute denied shell commands by exploiting the omission of the bash pipe operator from the command parser's operator token set. Attackers can craft a command line with an allowlisted prefix followed by the stderr-redirecting pipe operator and a denied command, causing the parser to approve the full pipeline while bash executes the denied component with the agent's auto-execute privileges on the developer's machine. |
| jackson-databind contains the general-purpose data-binding functionality and tree-model for Jackson Data Processor. From 2.10.0 until 2.18.8, 2.21.4, and 3.1.4, BasicPolymorphicTypeValidator.Builder.allowIfSubTypeIsArray() allowlists any array type based only on clazz.isArray(), without validating the array's component (element) type against the configured allowlist. A PTV built with allowIfSubTypeIsArray() plus an explicit concrete-type allowlist therefore still permits EvilType[] even though EvilType is not allowlisted. When Jackson deserializes the elements and no per-element type IDs are present, it instantiates the component type directly with no further PTV check, bypassing the allowlist. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.18.8, 2.21.4, and 3.1.4. |

| An OS command injection weakness in the read-only enforcement of the SQL validation component in Amazon awslabs postgres-mcp-server before 1.1.7 might allow an unauthenticated actor to execute operating system commands on the host of a self-managed PostgreSQL server by placing a crafted COPY ... TO PROGRAM statement into content that is processed when an authenticated user interacts with the MCP server in its default read-only mode.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 1.1.7 or later. |
